I want to thank Brad Calandra and his helper Chris for doing an incredible job installing my new tankless Navien boiler. It is truly remarkable and Brad deserves full recognition for his fine work. (photos attached) a real work of art! It was a real pleasure having Brad and Chris in my home, always courteous and respectful and cleaned up their areas. Joshua got the job done right. He came to give us a hot water heater quote, ended up being able to offer competitive quote and get the new unit installed within 3 hours. No more worrying about leaky old tank. Teammate delivered new unit, efficient teamwork. Precision Plumbing’s reputation is even better in person (we’ve all seen their faces on the trucks). Six year parts and labor warranty is great peace of mind. New copper piping and retrofit all to code, Labels for valve shutoffs and installation date clearly marked. Thank you Joshua!

We had an emergency issue with carbon monoxide with caused us to call the fire department. Was able to get precision out the next morning (probably could have come sooner). Eric figured out the problem right away, was able to explain it and we trusted his judgement. He was extremely nice and informative.

Ryan and Carlos came out a few hours later to replace our heater. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Definitely would recommend them especially if you have an emergency issues.

I've used Precision for a few different projects (sometimes emergencies) and they done well consistently. Recently I worked with Levi on an installation that should have been very simple, but he realized the parts I had purchased as a set online were not actually compatible with each other. Not only was he able to quickly find a local supplier with replacement parts, but he was able to help me through the refund process for the incompatible parts. Despite the setbacks, he got the installation taken care of the same day, with a good attitude.

Precision has hit a home run with Mike. Extremely knowledgeable and very kind and respectful! Very patient and professional with us. He’s a great representative of the company. Not only did he do a great job troubleshooting and executing the work on our furnace, but he was also taught the family how to keep up with the care for our furnace. I have always called precision for my heating needs, and they have always come through. From Dani, the phone rep who sent space heaters for us while the furnace was out, to the kind gentleman who dropped them off with a smile. Thank you, Precision and Thank you, Mike. Mr Finn from Precision was top notch. Very personable as well as knowledgeable. Answered all my questions easily and didn't mind me watching and learning. Thank you Sean and Precision....don't loose him.

Devin Green did an outstanding job fixing my drain problem. He was very professional and left our place spotlessly clean. He was very personable.

Mikel came to service our furnace and install a new humidifier. He explained what he’ll do before he started, showed us what he found in our system and what needed to be done. He even helped us set up a new thermostat to work with the humidifier. Very friendly and patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. We’re very happy with our experience with Precision.

Thank you Michael! He was thorough in explaining the problem and what was needed to repair it. He gave options and was incredibly helpful by providing the needed details to know what to purchase, the work that needed to be done once we made the decision to replace the faucet and vanity (size, type, etc to fit our space). Michael was professional, easy to work with and skilled in the work completed. We greatly appreciate his time, expertise and help, and would love to work with him for any future plumbing issues.

Eric showed up on time (actually a few minutes early — which I appreciated since it was 45 degrees *inside* my house at the time). He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the replacement part, and made the repairs. I appreciated his friendly manner and his willingness to answer all my questions. Excellent, excellent service, communication, and professionalism. Luke truly went above and beyond with providing us information regarding the units and took his time determining the ideal placement for all of the equipment. Ryan Ashmore and Trevor, with Jacob & Doyle (the electricians)...these guys did a fantastic job installing split AC units (2 compressors, 4 heads) on the house, which took them two days. They also modified the panel to accommodate the units and troubleshooted. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and awesome is pretty much how I would sum up their work. We couldn't be happier with Precision and will use them going forward for all our heating, electrical, and plumbing needs.

We used Precision for a furnace inspection: Our Tech was prompt, friendly, thorough. Explained his findings clearly. I observed him a couple times and he definitely checked out the whole furnace. Would definitely use again. We did have a couple appointments canceled because of emergencies, but that seems par for the course with every company

I came home to a puddle in my basement late one night. I called Precision the next morning and they had someone out by noon that day. They replaced my old outdated Humidifier and changed my furnace filter. The technician was very nice and efficient. He was knowledgeable and gave me some tips about my furnace and humidifier. I got the 10% discount and priority service because of my membership. I am glad I changed to Precision.

Brian was timely, friendly, respectful, honest and did an excellent job, including cleaning up after himself. He honored the quoted price for the work (replacing the cartridge in a kitchen sink faucet) even though he ended up having to replace the whole faucet. We would use him again if we had another plumbing emergency.

Had a boiler inspection and some repairs done by Jeff. He was excellent--highly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and got us back in working order asap. Would definitely use this company again.

Calvin was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and cleared our drain within just a few minutes. In the future I will personally always ask for Calvin to do our drain cleaning when I call Precision Plumbing.

Zach from Precision Plumbing Heating and Cooling did an awesome job fixing my Heating unit! It didn't require replacing. He removed and cleaned the Condensation valve and it worked like a charm. I have my heat back. Very appreciative.

Zachary was amazing! Advised he would be earlier than expected. Very friendly, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Advised of everything he was doing and provided explanations, pictures and costs. Would highly recommend.
