We had a really good experience with Orsini’s! We needed a new dishwasher like two weeks before Thanksgiving. We went in for the first time, they educated us and then left us to browse which we loved. We ordered and it was delivered in a week or so. Unfortunately when we used it the first or second time it was leaking but we called Orsini and they came back out and replaced all the seals at no cost and it’s been perfect ever since. Hoping the customer service remains intact for years to come!

Just had my new washer and dryer delivered and installed by Leroy and Anthony, couldn't be happier with the service!!! Orsini's was recommended by a good friend (who remembered Leroy and had said "the guy was just friendly and pleasant to work with"), and I in turn would recommend their service to anyone. Everything was installed in less than an hour, and frankly wanted the guys to hang out for a bit as they were so cool... wish I could give them six stars.

This morning Orsini’s delivered a new refrigerator just 18 hours after I left the store yesterday to place the order. Brendan and Don were outstanding service technicians who removed the old and installed the new refrigerators with both appliances needing to be disassembled due to tight space. They worked efficiently, were polite and friendly, and left no mess. Martinsburg is so fortunate to have this long-standing family-owned business providing outstanding sales and installation service. I highly recommend Orsini’s!

Orsini’s was the way to go. Before coming here I looked at Lowe’s. The customer service with purchasing and installing my new range and dishwasher exceeded my expectations. Despite not having a vast selection in the store, Orsini’s only carries brands and models that they stood by. I’ve done my research and can see that this business is not looking to only make a profit, but they stand by the quality they sell and service, which is how business really should be. I paid the same price as other competitors on my appliances. They even offered to match competitors if the pricing was different, however, they were the same as the competitors. Bought the appliances Monday and got them installed Wednesday. Micheal and Benjie Britner were also phenomenal at installing my appliances. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic of my initial dishwasher set up, and went out of their way to help mitigate anymore issues in that realm. They were very gentle with the appliances and made sure they worked before they left. I really couldn’t have asked for better service. With anymore future purchases made from Orsini’s, they are only permitted to send these guys 😅

Orsini's is our go to appliance store. There service, support and installation team are the best. Shane and Phillip did an outstanding job and we look forward to our next purchase and installation.

There are not enough “thank yous” for Orsini’s, for their warehouse manager, and especially for Ryan Franklin and Philip Cook. We called Orsini’s to ask about a new dishwasher. About five hours later, the dishwasher was installed and ready for use! But best of all, was the efficiency, friendliness, knowledge, work ethic and kindness of Philip and Ryan. We will be forever grateful to them for making our purchase a wonderful experience.

The installers are top of the line! Professional, organized, friendly & they work extremely hard& don't stop! Leroy is a beast! He's the best! These guys should get a promotion. I Appreciate the wonderful Service I received today. Refrigerate, stove, dishwasher & microwave. We bought our washer and dryer a couple of years ago from Orsini’s too.

I could not be more pleased with Orsini’s. Everyone at the store was great, prices are terrific but most of all the installation team was fantastic! A huge thank you to Cecil and the other installer. They were knowledgeable in their work and went above and beyond to be sure everything was installed properly, level and clean when they left. I was told they love their job because Orsini’s tears them like family. Congrats to the owners. Much needed in our current times. Will definitely use them again

I shopped for days trying to get the best deal before my refrigerator completely broke down only to find no one had any inventory in stock. Every big box retailer was ordering from the same warehouses and I couldn’t wait the 2 weeks for delivery! I called Orsini’s Appliance Store at closing when my fridge finally broke down. They had one in my house the next day! The price was great too! They also sent 2 of the most professional, helpful and kind delivery team members I have ever had in my home. Orsinins was helpful from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and correctly guided me in choosing refrigeration, (stand up and independent double drawer), cafe stove and oven, dishwasher, hood and fan and wall oven. Price was good and they service what you purchase but hope not to have to call anytime soon! But, if there is a problem, depending on it being fixed is an invaluable asset. Big bonus, contributing to the local economy.

I've always bought my appliances from HomeDepot or Lowes -- never again. Our dishwasher broke a month ago and I was waiting for Memorial Day weekend sales, but of course the dishwashers I was looking at were out of stock. A friend recommended Orsini's, so I called them and asked if they had any dishwashers in stock. Kathy called me back and emailed me the ones that were available. I looked up the model numbers, made my choice, and purchased it over the phone. Delivery and installation were scheduled in 3 days. Cecil and Brenden, the installation specialists, showed up on time, removed our old dishwasher and had the new one installed and tested in less than an hour. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated their attention to detail -- alignment with my counter, taking all packaging with them, and even returning everything under my kitchen sink they way they found it! Oh and I love my dishwasher!

This was my first purchase from Orsini’s and definitely will not be my last. I had been looking for a slide in down draft range and went in to see what they had. Cory was fantastic and even suggested sending their guys out to do a measurement first. Next day 2 guys came (on time)and explained what my options were and even discovered my range was hardwired in (just purchased home)and said that was no problem they would fix that. Finally after talking to Cory couple more times I purchased a kitchen aid slide in range on a Thursday and Monday afternoon it was delivered!!!
Cecil Williams and Brenden Murphy was the delivering guys and are absolutely amazing. They explained everything, installed a new outlet, and made sure range was operating correctly. Cecil even gave me some tips on my dishwasher.
I will definitely only buy my appliances& grills from orsini’s and will ask for the great delivery team of Cecil & Brenden.

After 11 years of service, our workhorse GE washer went out at 10:30 AM. We decided to head to Orsini’s to pick out a new washer/dryer set. Arrived around 12:30 and had a new Maytag set picked out and paid for by 1 PM. Since they were in stock Orsini’s was able to do same day delivery. They had my old washer and dryer removed and replaced with the new set by 2:45 PM. Incredible.

We are now Orsini customers for life.

I work in property management and run the service department for a local rental community. I was driven to write a review about Orsini's due to their amazing customer service. I have been working with them for several months now, and their service department is fantastic! Amy in the parts department has been very helpful and on top of every service request I've made, and the repair technician, Chuck, has made every repair professionally and shows respect and kindness to our residents. Orsini's is definitely a great team of people who do their best to take care of their customers! Thank you for being so great guys!

I highly recommend Orsini's! I am a repeat customer. I bought a Maytag washer from Orsini's 32 years ago and it just recently stop working and needed to be replaced. In the 32 years we owned this washer it never required any repairs. We went to Orsini's to buy another washer and Becky, the sales person- was very knowledgeable and helpful! She took the time to find out what I wanted in a washer and I found exactly what I was looking for. The installation was great!- Mike and Joe were awesome! Friendly, professional and made sure everything was installed and working properly! I appreciate Orsini's and the great customer service.

Orsini’s is amazing! I walked in their door at noon to replace my 20 year old dryer that finally stopped working. I ended up also buying a new washer to replace my vintage washer. Three and a half hours later I was using my new washer. Their delivery team Benjie and Joe were outstanding. I would while heartedly recommend Orsini’s over a big box store any and every day.

Orsini's Appliance provided both great appliances and excellent customer service! Recently, we needed a new washer and dryer. Both members of the staff in the showroom were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They helped us with our decision-making, guiding us to the best appliances for our needs. Then, on delivery day, Brendan and his coworker provided excellent delivery and installation services. We will both recommend and shop there again!

I have bought parts and also had technicians service appliances. Amy in the parts department is always super helpful and provides amazing service. All the techs I have ever dealt with have been the same.
