Royal Farms where do I start!! They have well trained, friendly and menu educated people. I’d like to personally thank the manager Kelly. She never fails to disappoint me. Whether that be to brighten my day, or satisfy my needs when hungry. Thank you so much Kelly!! The most challenging thing I find with any good restaurant is CONSISTENCY and Royal Farms gets it done! I have eaten at many of their restaurants, but this one is always CONSISTENT! DELICIOUS FOOD, and GOOD VALUE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Well it's my 1st time, my buddy has talked about the chicken there for awhile now. I read the bad reviews and I gotta say. I'm glad I went. Delicious! Fat and happy. Lady that worked there was very nice and helped me with computer

Kelly was very helpful and sweet!! She took care of me and my family by preparing our big order of chicken. Typically when going in certain areas, bathrooms are very unsanitary and nasty looking but here. It was spotless and smelled very good in there. Food, bathroom, customer service, and everything deserves more than a 5 star!! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!!

This store has ready to go sandwiches that are delicious and excellent for a quick grab on lunch break! The crew here is awesome and ready to help!

Such great service. I’m new to the state and I have never heard of Royal Farms until I got to the states. Kelly was such a great help. She also assisted me with something called ROFO. I believe it’s a reward system and it saves me a lot on gas, so Kelly says. She was an excellent helper. I highly recommend coming here. Plus, the chicken is A1 and I don’t mean the sauce! ;) Visit Royal Farms in Martinsburg, WV and ask for Kelly! Great service. Will be coming back again!

What a wonderful place to eat! The food is outstanding and is so tasty! The rewards program is awesome, I have received alot of free food using my reward points let alone saving me 10 cents a gallon of gas each fill up! Definitely recommend!

Place is decent. Look that I can get ice coffee and the caramel vanilla creamer is to die for. Chicken is a little greasy, needs to work on that. Mash potatoes are bland. Great atmosphere except they hired my dads new petty wife, hope she doesn’t spit in the food when we order.

I’m not a local so I’ve had a variety of chicken and mannnnn when I tell you Royal farms has the best chicken I ever tasted 10 out of 10 do recommend!

It's great that they carry Ethanol free gas for the mower.

All employees were nice and friendly. Helped with self-checkouts and with electronically ordering food. Seemed happy to be there.

Excellent customer service. Attentive, I was going just to pump gas and they helped me with my gas purchase and were attentive and always smiling. Love the service of the employees

I come into this Royal Farms each and every day. I’m ALWAYS greeted with the most beautiful and wonderful personalities. Kinda sets the tone for the rest of my entire day!

The chicken!!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Having where they have the touchscreen you can do your own checkout is much quicker & easier if you are good at technology as I am.

Love how lit it was on the inside and the service was great!!! Chicken is very good as well we shall return!!!
