Dr Jun and the entire staff at the North Hills office were amazing. They were excellent with calming my anxieties and so very patient. I was always kept in the loop as to what was going on during the procedure. The doctor and assistant were both very kind and considerate of my comfort throughout. I have never felt more comfortable having a root canal and I've had many! Excellent care there.

Dr. Ascencio was not only skilled technically in diagnosing and treating my two different root canals, he was also adept at explaining the case and procedure in a comprehensible way. In addition, his assistants and staff at Precision Endodontics (Maddie, Patty, and Monica) were helpful, patient, kind, and responsive to my every need.
Even before I visited the office, the front desk receptionist (Patty) went the extra mile in working to set up appointments and addressing my needs. Her empathy and gentle demeanor made what might have been stressful and intimidating manageable by handling referrals, records, and insurance.
I’m grateful to each member of Dr. Ascencio’s practice and can recommend them all without any reservation.

I had a very good experience. I had a toothache and was referred to the North Hills location by my regular dentist. Dr O'Brien confirmed that I needed a root canal and performed it shortly after that. It just took an hour and I was surprised that I had no pain when the anesthetic wore off. It's been two days since then and all is good with it.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Took the time to explain my treatment thoroughly. Would recommend.

Everyone was just wonderful. The office staff were pleasant and helpful, the nurse and doctor were very nice and caring. They explained the procedure, telling me exactly what they we’re going to do, and were always concerned with my comfort. The doctor was great, working quickly and reassuring me throughout the procedure. It was much better than I imagined it would be, and I would high recommend them.

First off they were on time with my appointment. Warm receptionist that was great. Kind and professional staff that explained every detail of the procedure. Gentle pain free root canal done. I reccomend him highly.

Excellent! Dr DiAndreth is the best. He is so professional and truly talented at what he does. I felt very comfortable when he did my root canal, and that’s saying a lot (I’m like a big baby around doctors…)! Trust him completely for dental advice and care. Highly recommend.

Update: Went again. Still awesome. Six stars if I could.

Update: Went again. (Bad teeth I know…. :( I must be getting old…) I could have fallen asleep during the root canal. I felt nothing. If you need dental work don’t hesitate. Excellent as always. Seven stars if I could.

Just had root canal done there by Dr. DiAndreth. Unbelievably fantastic work. He and his Assistant, Ellen were like an Indy 500 Pit Crew working fast and efficiently. Root canal done in about 20-25 minutes. Then the Office Manager Nancy submitted a secondary insurance I never use and said they may cover some of my copay from primary insurance. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I was very anxious heading into my appointment. But from the front desk reception to the assistant and Dr. DiAndreth himself were all attentive to my needs and encouraging. Every step was clearly explained from the imaging to the procedure and billing. I had a very positive experience and would recommend this practice to anyone needing endontic care!

Very professional and personable staff from top to bottom. My initial nervousness at getting my first root canal was quickly relieved by how thoroughly the process was explained. Dr DiAndreth was quick, pleasant and professional. I was absolutely made to feel that my comfort throughout the process was most important. From the time I initially sat in the chair to when I got up to leave was well under 45 minutes. I would not hesitate to go back for any other endodontic needs I may have in the future.

Not an ideal experience to need a root canal, but from staff doing the scheduling to the staff at my actual appointment it went smoothly and faster and more efficiently with less pain than I expected.

If I happen to have any other Endodontics needs, I would definitely use them again.

I have extreme anxiety as it relates to dental, and this root canal experience could not have gone better, starting from the moment that I walked into the cozy lobby of Precision. The receptionist and assistant were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and put me at ease, but, more importantly, my endodontist was excellent. My root canal procedure was pain-free and quick. I was out of there in well under an hour.

I’m baffled at how professional every staff member is and how well they work together. The root canal I had was a pleasant experience, I know that sounds weird but if and when I need another root canal I will definitely come back. There was no pain and the procedure was quick. Thank you all so much making this a great experience 🎄

I absolutely love this place! It was the fastest and most professional root canal I have ever had. True experts in the field! They make you feel comfortable and confident with them. I highly recommend them and should I ever need work done in the future, this is definitely where I will go! :-)

My dentist referred me to Precision Endodontics for a root canal. Dr DiAndreth & his assistant were wonderful. I've had root canals before, but this one was quick, easy & painless. They fully explain everything, are very professional & answer any questions. I highly recommend them.

This office staff is amazing. So genuinely friendly and so good at what they do. I've never had such a painless root canal, ever. Dr. Foronda was so great, explained the work to be done and my options. He was very gentle with what needed done and got things done efficiently, quickly. Ellen was assisting Dr. Foronda and the two together were a great team! I would recommend them 100%!

This place is great. I had to have a root canal retreated, and Dr. Foronda did a great job. The thing about this office that is most astounding is the front desk office manager, Nancy. She is unbelievably thorough and really communicative. You never have to leave a message or get lost in a voicemail menu ("press 1 for this or press 2 for that"). The dental assistant was the most pleasant woman on earth.

They had pretty good 80s and 90s rock music on, too.

Amazing customer service, so nice and welcoming. Everyone was so efficient and organized with everything. Easiest root canal, I will definitely go back if I need another!

Doctor Pham was simply wonderful! She was zero pain throughout the procedure. I can’t say enough about her skill and that of her assistant Julie. I really had as good an experience as you possibly can for a root canal.
