Someone got the memo. I used to dread going here. As a disabled person, it would take so much walking to find stuff. I always felt like the employees would take extra effort to avoid eye contact.

This visit, I was offered help by three different employees. It felt amazing! I thought I was back in the 1990's. What a difference it makes having some humans around that actually seem to care. I am not sure if it was a fluke or if management is doing something differently. Maybe everyone was just having a good day, or this store just happens to have people that care.

Pay attention Retail. My experience at this store makes me want to go out of my way to come here again.

Best customer service experience! Elisa did above and beyond for me, showed empathy to my situation, took ownership and did a follow up. She tried several ways to find a solution for me and made sure I got my order after having a hard time placing it as a will call in the store. She even came with some help to help me load my items to my car , and offered a hug which I really needed. Elisa, thank you for taking the extra mile for me. I want to express my thank you to Sophia too. She shared tips based on personal experiences, provided needed information on tool rental and showed empathy. Thank you Sophia for the water bottle. I truly needed that in that moment.

Never write review but this was the Best experience I’ve ever had in a Home Depot not sure who runs this one but he or she is doing an incredible job very helpful and happy staff

It's a humongous place with literally everything you need for your house starting from screws to garden equipments. The staffs are well informed and polite. They even have a price guarantee thing which assures you have the product at tge lowest available price in market.

Good place to go! I had a great employees helping me with my issue and left feeling good!! Also the 90 day return policy is sick!!

REALLY nice people here. Like, unexpectedly nice. I was planning on just going in and out, but two of the workers really made my day with how helpful, funny, and happy they were.

Wish this home depot was closer, waay bet than the one next to me. Friendly staff, and everything is so organized and shoppable.

I always come here anytime I need to fill a new planter pot I just got, or whenever I need more paint or stain! I’m also grateful they’re one of the few stores that stay open past 8pm (even during covid!) in Boulder! The pictures below are just a couple of the many projects I’ve been able to accomplish due to their awesome paint and stain selection! I painted this desk blue, and with the stool (that I plan to use as a plant stand) I sanded it down (with sandpaper from here as well!) and stained the top and painted the bottom, once again all thanks to Home Depot! Plus their employees are always very helpful 😁

Order online and get in-store pick up. That's the way to go. I'm not remodeling or building a house but it sure seems like between online and in-store they have everything! They even had masks during the pandemic when everyone else was out.

I could spend hours here... I love HD, though buying anything on Boulder tends to be more expensive than some places outside Boulder County.
I would also advise if you're looking for a popular item that you look online or call first, since those types of items end up getting sold out

I am here right now and I have to post this quick while I have to run back in to get one last thing here at Home Depot. Sandy Stedman has absolutely wonder customer service. Every time I have gone through her line here and the Longmont store it has been great. She has always greeted my with a smile and a true concern as to my shopping experience. Great person and definitely adds a true value to this business and the service it provides for many young entrepreneurs like myself. Merry Christmas Sandy may you be blessed this season.

Visited the Boulder Home Depot Garden Center. They still had a good variety of nice perennials. Some of the trees were 50% off. Nice Garden Center

Always good buy self checkout was down today. Long lines but it happens.

what can I say, its Home Depot. This location is definitely one of the better ones so there's that. Had to come to this one since the one closer to my house didnt have the tile saw I needed.

What an outstanding employee — he went way beyond our expectations! He is efficient, personable and can solve any problem that you need solved. He is our go to employee from here on out — he fixed our electrical problem with such ease!

I rented a van for bringing things between two cities. The personnel was very helpful to select correct option for renting the van. And it was grwat experience to drive a van as the first time driver experience even before getting my driver license as a card :).
