Our grandfather's services were here recently. and Shawn was fantastic through everything.
Beyond the funeral, I left a very important (and expensive) ring in the "Swan Bathroom" and he made sure it was safe for me- and even sent me a photo of it to assure me of it's safety. Incredibly appreciative!!!
