Carol and her staff are wonderful. They make shopping so much fun. Great labels, beautiful selection of moderately priced dress up & casual clothing, accessories, and awesome customer service. Her semi-annual clearance sales are ridiculous!!! Bargains galore. A wonderful place to shop!!!

Carabella has the prettiest things that you can't decide what NOT to take. So many pretty clothes that you will wear for a very long time and feel and look great. A must place to go for unique clothing. Carol and her staff are so helpful and guide you on selections. Old fashion great service with a smile and genuine. Carol and her staff are exceptional. Not only do they know their inventory but they know how it will look on you and are very willing to help you find what you are looking for. The staff is very accomodating in terms of bringing clothes to you and offering honest opinions. Amazing selection and customer service and relations is the best I have experienced. After a difficult time for our family, Carabella and their staff (I worked with Tracy) bent over backwards to help those of us that were out-of-towners like me, and to help my Mother who did not want to leave her home during covid. The pant selection was fantastic for women with curves, and their tops, sweaters and coats were top of the line. They made it easy with home deliveries, and used incredible cleaning ethics at there store for concern free shopping during covid. I liked how their service is warm and friendly with no pressure. The staff truly seem to love what they do and simply want to make you enjoy the experience and find what you love. I live out of town so I can get the same pants and sweaters in the future with their email selections and Bella Boxes with easy returns. What a find!
