Had an awesome experience buying shoes today at Littles! Connie and others were so helpful. Fantastic sale on summer sandals and sneakers!

Terry is the absolute BEST! My husband has been having an issue with his feet and having trouble finding comfortable shoes in a wide width. Terry took the time to explain what he needed and get him in the correct size shoes. Not to mention being funny and friendly! We will be return customers. A million thanks, Terry!!!!!

Been searching for a pair of Ugg’s for my daughter for months. No one ever has her size in stock. I got lucky and came across this shoe store online and they not only had them in her size, but I received them the very next day! Awesome customer service. I’m very impressed and if I ever find myself in PA I will definitely visit the store!

Great experience and Customer service from Terry Lee Jones and Dave, walked in asking about Brooks Ghosts, and walked out with even better shoes (new balance 990 USA made) they feel great and i never would of found these on my own. Stopped in to pickup ordered shoes from online. Ive been familar with Littles Shoes for many years, not visiting for quite a long time.
Being surprised at the volumes of shoppers and knowledgeable staff.
Womens side and mens, lots of selections and even some mens casual clothes.
But it's all about the shoes folks. Skip the online if you can. It's a must visit store. Lots of eateries and other interesting shops, like Ten Thousand Villiages.

Little's consistently offers a wide range of quality selections in both athletic and dress shoes. Combined with the excellent friendly service and terrific value, it adds up to a quality experience every time. With assistance from Terry the sales person, I recently purchased New Balance 990 running shoes shown here and two pairs of durable dress shoes. I've been a customer for decades!

Littles Shoe store. My go-to shoe store for my grandkids. It was my go-to shoe store for my kids. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality. The best salespeople and ownership. My son got a life lesson here in the 80's. He wanted a pair of "Air Jordan's", I took him to Littles and had him ask the owner, if he could lay them away. My son had never heard of layaway. The owner was nice enough to let him. So began his working around the neighborhood, to get those "Air Jordan's." Lol!

Awesome selection of better quality and unique brands of shoes for amazing prices! Old-school service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will be making this a regular stop.

I ordered some wine colored Birkenstock Boston clogs that were hard to find. The service at Littles Shoes was outstanding. Terry, the sales person was helpful. The shoes arrived quickly and were exactly as represented. I would recommend Littles Shoes to anyone out of town, who is looking for some special shoes.

Amazing, found a pair of Uggs for my wife that was impossible to find. Called them they to check in stock. They had them and were so helpful in shipping them to her. Customer Service at its best. I live in Virginia and this will be my go to for purchases for my wife.

I've been shopping here for decades. They always have my size, which is hard to find in other places. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable.

Was looking for a very specific shoe and happened to come across Littles via my internet search (which is across the country from me!). Gave them a call and was put in touch with David, who was absolutely amazing. He had the shoe I was looking for and in my size. No issues shipping across the country and for free! That’s amazing service. Would highly recommend anyone from out of state to purchase from Littles!

Excellent shoe store with high-quality customer service. Staff go the extra step (hahaha) to find the best option for you, and they have an excellent selection of shoes for men, women, and kids. There aren't a lot of cheap options here, but every shoe I've gotten has been a fantastic value.

This afternoon, David and his co-worker (unfortunately, I cannot remember his name) sold me the shoes that I’ll be wearing to my wedding this summer. Could not have been a more professional experience.

They listened to what I was looking for, fitted me for a few pairs, and described to me the pros and cons of each make of shoe. For me, the selling point was when they said they’d match any legitimate price I found elsewhere (sale or otherwise), which instantly made the investment in a high-end wedding-worthy pair of shoes easier to justify. With their help, I ordered a belt to match the shoes, both of which I will have for years. My wedding outfit is now complete.

Combined with their convenient location and excellent selection of running shoes, they’ve certainly earned a flat-footed customer in me for quite some time. Highly recommended.

Visit on a weekday so you can experience the level of personal attention for which Little's is known. Weekends can be very busy, so salespeople are more pressed for time. Little's is also currently following safety rules during the pandemic, so be sure to wear your mask. I've been shopping here since my Mom took me here for school shoes as a kid. They carry high quality men's, women's and kids shoes in practically every size. I can find women's size 12 and 13 shoes here. Most recently, my older sister and I went in to be fitted for sneakers/casual shoes. Connie measured us, asked about any concerns and how we would wear the shoes (gym, walking exercise, everyday wear...). My sister had been wearing a 10M but had trouble with her shoes and feet. Connie put her in an 11W which fit perfectly. For me, a new brand, Hoka, had the best fit and support. The shoes I buy at Little's are consistently high quality, fashionable, and worth every dime. We each bought 4 pair that day. I highly recommend Little's.

I love Littles. Great staff help with every detail, even keeping kids entertained! They know shoes, they know the area. Their selection is amazing. When my sister visits from California she always wants to go there for a few pairs because of their unique selection of fashionable and comfy shoes.
