I stopped in to have keys made (I got a really cute rose key). The gentleman who assisted was very nice and thoughtful. To insure that I would not mess up my nail polish/manicure, he removed and replaced my keys on the ring. His kind gesture made my day.

Staff are kind and always willing to help. They usually have what you need and if they don't they'll tell you where you can look to find it.

If you are into hardware stores this is a good one. My rating is based on finding what I need when I go in. I have gone there many times in the last year and have always found what I needed priced as expected. Saves a trip to the home centers. Good, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

They always greet you at the door and help you find what you came for.

Great place for any hardware needs. Very knowledgeable staff will provide best advice. They have a little bit of everything. It's much worth shopping here than a big box store, as you get personal attention and good customer service. I recommend this place.

Love this place! They have a little bit of everything and make a great local hardware store that is run by great, polite and helpful staff! I try my best to give them as much of my business as possible, their prices are always fair and at times even cheaper than corporate big stores! They always at least have what is needed to get a job done in a pinch, always have just enough to get by when unforeseen obstacles interrupt a task, even if the major lumber etc is something that is needed by another source. They have great hours too!

This hardware store has thousands of products which would normally be overwhelming to any shopper but the workers here are quick to assist you and are able to immediately take you to any product that you are interested in.

Just as good as Lowe's and Home Depot

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the staff, and asked if we needed help finding anything. They were able to quickly direct us to some screws that we couldn't find at a place like Lowe's, and recommended some tools when we asked what would work the best for our purposes. I would recommend stopping here before going elsewhere for tools or hardware. Overall I'm very happy with how they were able to help.

This is a *real* hardware store. All the small parts. More adhesives than you can count. You know, like it used to be. Incredibly dense use of space!

One of my favorite go-to spots when I am unable to find that 'whos-its' at the box chain home improvement stores. Aisles are packed tight with whatever anybody needs for most anything. Store staff will always greet you at the door and offer to guide you right to the item you're looking for. Very nostalgic old school mom & pop feel and smell here takes me back to those trips to the store with grandpa when he was fixing something (and often teaching me how).

Eastwood Hardware is reminiscent of the old time mom and pop store. They have a little bit of everything there. Much more personable than the big box stores. The staff are so friendly. Not only can you find pretty much all of your hardware needs, you can stand around and have good conversation with the staff. A very nice place to shop.

Best local hardware for finding outdated plumbing parts. They also make custom screens and sharpen handsaws, knives, and scissors. If you can't find it in the store, they will find it in their million part dbase. Largest fastener collection I have ever seen in a hardware store. Outstanding service and a knowable staff.

I have to say the staff is very helpful and they were very kind. They were friendly they had smiles on their faces and made you feel like you were the only person in the store. They had everything that I needed after I went to all these large stores I will return very satisfied

This place was awesome. Accidentally broke a window from a 2nd floor bedroom in my home. Popped the window out and took it to Eastwood hardware. 74 bucks to get the glass replaced. Quick and painless. Got the window back in a week, which wasn’t a big deal for me as I blocked the broken one off real well. Everyone was super nice and friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend in the future and will return with any other needs I may have!

Cam was excellent. I came in with pole saw. He was able to find a tool to open the chain latch, untangled the chain and reassembled it. He made sure it was working right before I left.

I LOVE THAT STORE. THEY HAVE IT ALL!!

Before I go to a big box store, I go here. Not too much they don't carry (no lumber), and staff is always looking to assist.
