I came in with my mom to get her a new phone. She’s older and has a harder time understanding the tech stuff, but our salesperson Dylan helped her and was absolutely terrific. He was helpful, patient, and thorough. The process couldn’t have been easier and my mom was grateful for and happy with all of his help. I definitely recommend this location thanks to his excellent service.

Doug took care of us from the time we stepped into the store he was thorough, officiant, friendly and helpful with all of our needs concerning the new IPhone 15. He went above and beyond what an employee needed to do he told us ways to save on our contracts we have at Verizon. We are a long standing client for around thirty years and now after that quality service we now know why.

Dylan at the Brentwood Verizon store was extremely helpful in getting my phone set up! He was able to do what the customer service representative could not. Dylan was engaging, friendly and professional, and he kept me updated every step of the process. Excellent service! Thank you, Dylan!

Dylan gave us great service at the Brentwood Verizon store. We were trading in for an upgraded iPhone and the old one was giving a couple of issues. But he made sure everything was taken care of, even stayed a bit late for us, and seemed more than happy to help.

When in today to get some stuff checked out and add new line, Jesse was very welcoming and kind. Amazing experience, everything was easy to understand. AND he liked my joke 😄

Jesse was absolutely awesome. I stopped in on Sunday and explained my problem of going over data. We the spoke about a new phone, which I purchased that day. I went back on Wednesday to pick it up. He was so patient and kind explaining everything to me. Great employee.

My Verizon bill increased unexpectedly. Lance, Verizon agent was so kind, we reviewed fees made a few adjustments and my bill is now lower than before. Kind, efficient, quick; could not be happier. Thanks

I went to verizon to get a new phone. I had a S11 and I bought a S24. Brook was very helpful with transferring all the information in my phone, and spent a lot of time answering all my questions. (I had a lot of questions). She was very kind.

Been having problems with billing for months…calling Verizon directly monthly has been frustrating and unsuccessful…Going to Verizon store in Brentwood and getting help from Doug, the District Manager was key to the successful resolution of our problems. Doug spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon support to resolve the issues….Doug is amazing!!!! If I could I’d give a 10 star review!!!! 👍
