I had a great experience with the guys at American Freight Rodi Rd. When looking for my furniture I was helped by Christopher “Chris” and he was so attentive and a very honest sales associate. He talked me through the entire process very thoroughly, and got me set up for delivery for sooner than I expected, definitely and expert at this role!

The guys that delivered the furniture were Aaron and Ron and they were so polite and careful with everything! Really handy guys and again made my experience that much better.

This store has some great people working there I’d recommend to anyone I know that moving in the future! Big thanks to you guys everything was perfect!❤

Great option for affordable furniture. Also appreciate the guys who help when picking up. We were furnishing a new house and went back three different times for different rooms and every time they were super helpful!

Very nice experience. Was in and out with what I wanted in like 10 minutes. The prices are super good and I honestly spent less than I thought I would have even with delivery. Employees were very nice and attentive as well. Will be back here for more furniture in the future!

My wife and I needed a new loveseat for our living room that can accommodate her grandmother and both of our kids. We were in the Penn Hills area and figured let’s stop in and see if they have anything. Calvin was a tremendous help, very patient with us and helped us get this awesome leather loveseat that fits perfectly in our house. Calvin was super polite, explained everything to us very thoroughly as far as payments, the warranty and even helping with getting it in our van. We will definitely be going back here for anything we need furniture wise. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time.

Lavon was outstanding! I can’t say enough about him!! He greeted my husband and me as soon as we walked through the door! He was extremely knowledgeable on all products in the warehouse! Was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted, and we’re leaving as satisfied customers!! Will be returning again soon for sure!!

Went to look for a bedroom set and couch for our new home. Saleman was very helpful, no pressure atmosphere. Looks like decent quality furniture.

Chris and Kelah both were awesome!!! Very professional, Friendly and super courteous!! Even when I asked question after question!! They walked around with us and explained all our options. Lavon was also there (helping other customers) and even though I didn't have direct Interaction with him he still was available, professional and polite. The store was busy but they all definitely made us feel welcome and that our business was important to them.

Lavon Robinson was a great salesman. Got me in and out in like 15mins top and was knowledgeable about all the products that the store had to offer. Don’t go to Mattress Firm come here instead. They have way better beds and customer service.

We stopped here after the one on McKnight didn't have what we were looking for. After this experience, we're glad we did. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Calvin. He made us feel comfortable right away. And they had exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave us adequate time and space to make a decision. When it came time to purchase, he answered any and all questions I had, before I even had a chance to ask them. To top it all off, they delivered the same day (which was a Sunday)!!! And the delivery guys were quick and did a great job setting everything up. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, and we will be return customers.
