Seems like a really great bar. I've only been here once, we stopped after a show at Mr Smalls theater. Many of the people from the concert ended up here, so the music was somewhat of a continuation. Looks like they have a nice outdoor setup for the more pleasant weather. Follow for more...

We were there (Saturday May 7th) to see a friend's band outside in the back of the building. They had tents up due to the weather. It was still great! Great service, the bartenders were very nice, accommodating, friendly environment inside and outside.

My favorite dive bar in Pittsburgh that's not technically in Pittsburgh. $6 for vodka soda + IC Light Mango! Best bartender, record spinning and Christmas decor!

My 1st time at Cousin’s bar and even though I am not a local I felt welcomed:) The barmaid was very friendly and took our orders quickly. The owner thanked us for coming out to her fundraiser for The Boys & Girls Club, very classy thing to do. I had a nice time as it seemed all of the patrons that were there did too and I will definitely be back!

Jeff, the bartender, was awesome as usual. It's a local bar in a small town but one feels like they're very important when they walk in the door. They ALWAYS know what we drink and have it on the bar as we walk in. Prices are really good for the neighborhood and one of the last great "neighborhood bars"!

The young lady with the piercings and the dimples is fantastic. Go on Monday.

Cousin's is family owned and very comfortable. The bartender Amanda is wonderful and personable. She waits on everyone in a timely manner and knows what the customers want. I highly recommend this place.

Neighborhood bar which calls itself a dive! This family business is a cozy and warm spot in Millvale. Bartenders are friendly making you feel welcome here. They had a fundraiser party for the Boys and Girls club last night.
