The Onifer Team is outstanding and helped us in every aspect of our home search. We started with Kitty who listened to not just our list of specific criteria, but also to what our hearts were truly looking for; a home that would suit us and our desired lifestyle. The market is hard; we saw so many properties and had to make decisions quickly - Kitty helped us be both flexible AND helped us stay true to holding out for the criteria we really wanted. She pointed out negative factors that safeguarded us. Even still, Pittsburgh homes are old and we made and won 4 offers … then subsequent inspections caused us to back out of the first three. Kitty - and David! - held hold our emotional hands through it all and kept placing excellent prospects in our hands that showed us our options were still wide open.

We met Kitty Onufer based on one of our friends recommendation. It was the first agent we talked, and I am glad we selected her as our agent.
We had started our search in 2019, then Covid came and we slowed down, but Kitty continue to search for us. We closed our home in October 2021, Kitty continued to support with our issues even after closing.
