This was my first doctor appointment in 10 years. The staff is very kind & made me feel comfortable with how nervous I was. Dr. Glaser is phenomenal! She listened to me, exhibited care & focused listening. She did a thorough exam & made me feel comfortable with how scared I was. She ordered tests & I'm on my way to find answers. I have found my PCP! I'm grateful to her & the amazing staff!

My PCP Chabra Rina is a knowledgeable and responsible person. I am glad that my husband and I have chosen her.

If you are considering this practice please steer clear of Rina Chabra. She’s the worst dr I’ve ever experienced.

My daughter and I are both patients of this practice. Yesterday my daughter attempted to visit the practice as she was experiencing severe shoulder pain. She was advised to go directly to the ER which she did. After spending 6 hours testing there, she was advised to see her GP next day. Upon calling the GP this morning, she was told that the doctors would be unable to see her for several weeks. Needless to say, we are quite disappointed with this response!

Called for medication for my Daughter at 8am today and never got a call back from the nurse or Doctor. I called back at 4:30pm and nobody was there even though website says they close at 7pm. The answering service was rude and had me on hold for 16 minutes while they “paged the on call doctor”. My Daughter has been going here since a newborn. Ever since they moved below the tracks, they have gone downhill. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a place that pays attention to their patients.

UPMC website listed them as having drive thru flu shot clinic. When I arrived they said you have to b part of the office patient. Even though I was UPMC insurance holder and the website listed them as a flu shot provider. Wasted my time.

The absolute WORST care I have ever had...woul woul even look at my medical records...from a 7 year combat veteran...THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN...pleade find another doctors office...or don't...the damage they have caused me is beyond what can be said in this review.

Would never see him again.
