The gentleman who set up my phone was fabulous. I made the mistake of transferring to Comcast for a few months and was very unsatisfied with my service and I'm happy to be back at cricket!

Help with good prices. Great folks know their stuff.

The guy behind the counter is 👌 he was very compassion ,my brother is in a wheelchair unable to go to the store,,thanks very much,I don't know his name.

I needed a new phones and provider and stopped here randomly to check prices. Precious waited on me and she was fantastic! It was pretty busy and she was waiting on me and many other people at the same time just as happy as can be. She got me all the deals available and completely set my phone up. It’s so rare to find people happy at their jobs with everyone being so short staffed and I was 100% satisfied with my visit.

The girl that waited on me at this location gets it!!
She was so friendly and knowledgeable.
They couldn't have done anymore to satisfy me. They weren't just pushing for a sale but were looking out for me. I will be returning here again soon when wife is ready to upgrade her phone.
I will highly recommend this place to anyone I know.

Gina the manager was great and very knowledgeable took her time explaining the different phones and rate plans also transferred all my information and gave me a great deal on my case and Bluetooth, I will definitely come back to this location

She was very amazing and cool and funny and helpful she made setup on my new iPhone (which is a product I've never used before) a breeze and even though we had to wait, she made the time go by fast with interesting conversation and was also very amazing at sales she was able to sell me everything I needed from phone case to screen protector and even helped me choose the best phone for me this is the best experience I've had in a cricket store her and or her husband deserve a raise or something because everyone in here especially her was very nice I had an amazing time in this store!

I love to see same people every time. I like that lady and guy. They are much better and polite compare to corporate store. Thank you for your help and good suggestion of my new phone.
