My truck broke down in Penn Hills, which is 30 mins away from where I live. The next morning I stopped at Autos-R-Us and asked if they'd look at it for me. They recommended a tow company to me and after I called, he showed up in 20 mins. The truck was dropped off & I headed home. Just as I was pulling in, they called me with the problem and a quote on repairs. That was fast and it wasn't as much as I thought it would be for a broken control arm and bad ball joint. They fixed it the following day and I picked it up the following afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the service and communication. I would drive the 30 minutes anytime if I have any other issues.

We have been dealing with Eric at AutosRus for over 10 years. We find him to be not only a competent mechanic but extremely fair and honest. As a result we have purchased two vehicles from him and have been happy with both of them.

Went there for the first time for an inspection and AC repair they did excellent work and charge a very fair price! Will be returning again in the future.

People were friendly prices were great. I'd refer others to this garage.

OMG - I love this place. It reminds me of the auto repair shops from back in the day. No nonsense mechanics that know what their doing, won't rip you off, and get you in and out in record time. If you need a repair, do yourself a favor and try them first before going any place else. They repaired the plastic strip under my car that I ripped off by driving over a parking stop and charged me next to nothing. The other big name repair shop I called wanted to schedule an appointment 5 days out just to look at it. Autos R Us knew just what the problem and told me to come on in the same day and they would take car of it. I'll be going here for now on!

I had my car serviced here twice. The first time I needed work done for an inspection. Ford was going to charge me 1000 dollars. He only charged me 400. Good quality work, no complaints.

I got a flat tire at 9am in the morning. I called this place around 9:05. They had my tire in stock AND he got me in as soon as I got there. I wasn't even late for work!

Great place to buy a used car. Eric is awesome! Took my son there to buy a car, told Eric what we were in need of and we drove home with the perfect car for him. The car was more like brand new then used! Can’t thank Eric enough for the great deal he gave us on the warranty too. Will be buying from again real soon.

I usually don't write reviews but I just have to about this place of business.
Not to sound corny but these people are super nice and easy going. Always trying to help and sells good vehicles.
Ask for Eric big white dude cool as heck that's who helped me drive away in a nice Chevy pickup a few years ago and I still have not had a problem out of my truck.

I have been taking my cars there ever since they opened. They are genuinely honest and kind people with great quality work. They would never tell you to repair or replace unnecessary things just to make money or because you don't know any better. I have purchased the used vehicle for my children there as well. I currently have a vehicle that I bought new in 2009. I drive a lot for my work and put significant mileage on it. Autos R Us has been maintaining and taking care of this car, now it has over 195,000 miles on it and still runs with no problem!!! I trust them 100%.

It is very hard now aways to find a genuinely good car salesman, Eric is awesome! Very professional and honest and will work with you. I purchased a car and so did my son. From now on this is where we will go for buying and any servicing we need.

Eric is AWESOME! My daughter really wanted a Mazda 3 so we drove an hour and a half from our house to get a great deal from Eric. A few days later, when my daughter filled the tank, she noticed a bad fuel leak. I asked Eric if he had any ideas what it might be and he apologized and told me what I could check. After I made the repair, I told him what it was and he told me he was glad that's all it was. About a week later, I got a letter from him apologizing for the failed part and he mailed us a check to cover the cost of the part. Since I knew we bought the car as is, we certainly weren't expecting anything. It was a very pleasant surprise! Not many places I know would go above and beyond after the sale like Eric. He's a very honest and reasonable man and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Thanks a million!

Absolutely love them. The customer service is amazing unlike 99% of the other shops out there . Fair with the price for the work they did and done exactly like they said it would be. I would highly highly recommend these guys for all of your car needs. Great place and better people

Also the manual was missing from my fiancès' newly purchased truck, Eric ordered, and had a brand new manual sent straight to our front door. We weren't expecting him to do such a thing, but when my fiancè asked if he may have it, he didn't know the truck didn't have one. ALSO!!! We didn't have cash for our toll home, and Eric gave us the toll money to get home. As we drove separately home, an hour away, not knowing we'd hit the toll!!! Very great guy, and businessman!!!

The folks there are always willing to accommodate your schedule to get work done. Efficient and respectable toward your car.

Bought a used car here a while ago. The car is still going strong without issue. Eric and his team always go above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of.

Eric was excellent! I had been looking online and put in an inquiry. He called me back and I explained my situation and he asked what I was looking for. After that he said come on in we can work it out. I'm so thankful for the help! Eric keep up the great work.

Got a great car for a great price, they always make sure everything is switched out (tires, oil change, and they fix up any ripped seat damages) and the service overall was great, very personable and helpful.

Just bought my first car here. Eric is an great dude to work with. Would definitely recommend them!
