Went for an estimate and everyone especially the owner was extremely kind and patient. He does not work with my insurance but recommended me to another great shop. Very grateful and will recommend in the future!

My 2010 Ford Fusion Sport has been rear ended three times since 2014. Ed fixed it for me the two most recent in 2017 and September 2021. I am very pleased with his work both times (enough that I brought it back again) and would highly recommend him. I do not know much about cars and surely asked some stupid questions, but he was patient with me. On top of it, he's registered with Enterprise, so I didn't even have to return my rental car to the Enterprise location once my car was complete; he took care of everything for me. I hope to never need auto body work again, but when I inevitably do, I will return to Russo's.

My brand new 2021 rogue was rear ended on 376, my heart was crushed.. but Ed and his crew did everything to make sure my bumper was replaced with a brand new Nissan part and made sure all 7 trillion sensors were working properly. He worked diligently and was honestly throughout the entire process. Does quality work for Erie insurance if you have them also!

I highly recommend this auto body shop. Ed was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail to me including all the variables that would go into the job. His estimate came in at least $500 under the other places I had gone and he completed the job within the time frame he provided me. I can't say enough about the shop. He's been in Penn Hills for over 40 years.
