Really, really great customer service. 5 stars plus+++ The manager went above and beyond to help locate a missing package (turned out the recipient lost it at their office.) I know it probably took up a few hours of her time to do it - I was so appreciative. I have also used them in the past to make large-scale blueprints and the staff is super helpful in figuring the most cost effective way for me to achieve what I need.

This is the BEST FedEx location!! Candi helped me with a time sensitive and logistical complication with extreme patience, ease and support. She followed up with me the next day to ensure that everything was correct prior to shipping. I went in to send back curtains I purchased on Wayfair. It was a huge process, but Geoff was so very patient and helpful. Even with all his help it still to over 30 minutes to get the curtains sent back. He very carefully matched up the ticket with the right product.

I'm giving this FedEx location five stars, but I'm giving their passport service with Rush My Passport zero stars. It's an expensive service that's unnecessary, and I don't know why FedEx (as a company) offers it.

This is a really convenient FedEx location. I dropped off a package here. The guy behind the desk was very nice. I was in and out in less than one minute. That's my type of customer service!

I stopped in here, after waiting a month for a package and not being able to contact customer service. Andre and Eric were very courteous and helped me by transferring me directly to a cust service rep.

I’ve only been here a couple of times, but service was good with no issues. I took off one star for the location. Parking is almost nonexistent most times so I avoid this place at all costs unless I really have to go for whatever reason.
