I love the elegant, mature atmosphere here especially in the bar area. The service is always outstanding. The food is always delicious, never disappoints. Summer time the patio & live music is a nice change of scenery. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Had Easter dinner there lastnight with my family. All of the food was great! The service was great, and we even seen the owner helping out his employees, cleaning off tables, and he even checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Very nice man and very hardworking. Thank you all for making our Easter great!! 💕

Was there a few weekends ago and was touring Lincoln's cottage. We came over to eat and technically, the restaurant was closed. The owner graciously opened his doors and had our lunch prepared right then so that we could go to our next destination. Food and atmosphere was great! Thank you again for your hospitality!!!!!

My wife and I had a great time at her company holiday party. Food was top notch. Service was great. Our server Mallory was right on point. Even tho she was new she made us feel like family. The entire staff was also very attentive. I need that crab dip recipe please. We will be back! The photo booth area was great

Brunch is fabulous for $14 each. Salmon cakes today. Spectacular. Must buy. August 2019 another great brunch. Although they should charge $1 more and make the non-alcoholic drinks free. FYI: Justin is a great server. November 2019: lunch. Slow service but very good food. Dessert took 15 minutes to be served. No creme brulee, sad.

Great food, friendly staff, great place. The 1/2 pound burger was fresh, cooked correctly and very tasteful. Service was fast, friendly and very professional. Specials are changing and different from the normal menu. The place is wonderful, just to relax after a busy day.....

Love this place, great food, great service, great entertainment, awesome atmosphere. I highly recommend everyone eat dinner here. Wish I had taken some pics of the food. It looked as good as it tasted. If I could, I would give it 10 stars. I will definitely be going back.

An amazing discovery. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere which is way better than the pictures show. Our waitress, Maddie, was about as perfect a server as you would ever want. The food was superb. Blackened Salmon and NY Strip steak perfectly prepared. Thanks for a perfect evening!

The food was good, it took a while to get our waitress to wait on us but overall, it was a nice experience and we'd try it again.

Came for Sunday brunch, very satisfied. We ordered eggs benedict and steak and eggs. The eggs were poached well, the steak was medium rare as requested, the table service was great, and the environment was nice looking. Prices were reasonable too. I'm not sure how their dinner service is but based on breakfast it's probably pretty good.

Was here for a multi year class reunion. Great atmosphere, comfortable. Did not have a meal, but food that was served looked good.

Nice atmosphere. Small menu but that means excellent good! Everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you're traveling from Jersey to go to Christmas village! Stop here first! Chicken parm was amazing appetizers are amazing.

Stopped by on a whim because we drove 2 hours from the Jersey shore to go to a Christmas village and we were hungry for some real food. All 3 of us ordered the prime rib special and it was amazing - both in flavor and in price! What a deal! Would definitely visit the Hitching Post again

Such a nice warm place. We were a party of 9 (6 adults 3 kids) Lobster night was excellent. My Old Fashioned was made perfectly. Staff was very attentive, also engaged the kids which was very nice. We have been here many times and highly recommend it to others!

We came here on new years eve. Great atmosphere and delicious food! Our server was very pleasant and on top of things. Our appetizer and dinner was delicious! Lobster raviolis and the prime rib were amazing! Always happy with my experience here.

My parents, spouse and myself decided to celebrate our anniversaries together tonight and tried The Hitching Post for the first time. We are sitting on the patio outside listening to a guitarist play wonderful relaxing music and enjoying a delicious meal. We had the lobster ravioli and the New York strip. Everything was cooked to perfection. Everyone we have interacted with has been wonderful and we will definitely be back again!

Cool ambiance- like a barn made classy. I can't speak for the whole menu but the hitching Post burger is insanely good. (I got it to go in the pic)

Celebrated my aunts 90 th Birthday here. Great accommodation and service. The food was top notch.

Everything was on point with this place! Walked in and the owner introduced himself to us and welcomed us and sat promptly.
Nice comfy low lit environment with low noise even though a bar close by.
All the staff was pleasant and had smiles on their faces! Our waitress was absolutely fabulous! She was on her game and personable. She got me things before I even realized I needed it!
THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! I had the surf and turf special which was very reasonably priced and prepared perfectly!

What more can I say here, it was a perfect dining experience! You can tell the owner is involved and on the floor all the time and keeps his staff happy. We need more businesses like this.
