Trell at Kohl Building Products walked me through how to get a sash replaced. It’s been years since I had a contractor replace my windows but the warranty covers replacement, so when one sash got cloudy, a call to Trell solved the problem.

They even over-exceeded my expectations! Originally they said the replacement sash would take 5 months and it was delivered in 2 1/2 months!
