When I was in physical therapy Cody and Alex always made sure I was doing my workout correctly and they were very helpful when I got confused about something with the workout. They both try to make whatever they have me doing in physical therapy fun and they are really fun people in general. I'm very glad I went to South Mountain Physical Therapy and they helped me improve a lot and I'm very thankful for it!

What an excellent, professional, skilled, educated AND pleasant bunch of PTs. I came in in big trouble after big and bad surgery
and they got me moving so much better. They KNEW EXACTLY what exercises and what treatments to do. They were encouraging and very helpful teaching me what I needed to do at home. Good on you Karen, Liz, Justin and all the people at South Mountain Leesport. I send all my injured friends there. If you're in pain, call these guys. They will fix you up.

There are no words to describe the quality of care I received at the Leesport Clinic! I attended the clinic to work on Strength/Balance and am happy to report that all my goals were accomplished! Justin and his team are amazing, giving the proper treatment to their patients and taking the time to explain what is happening! Ashley was always willing help work around my busy schedule and is so sweet! All the students who worked with me are amazing and talked me through everything! 5 stars is not enough for these amazing people, I would 100% recommend anyone who needs Physical Therapy attend here!

Started PT with Colleen approximately 6 weeks ago. She diagnosed the issue with my arm. And to this day I have full mobility. Thanks again Colleen and the rest of the staff. It's the best place to go for PT in Berks County.

I went into the Leesburg location barely able to walk due to plantar fasciitis and several weeks later I have absolutely no pain. Justin did a wonderful job understanding the issues and putting a plan in place for my recovery. Justin and his staff are awesome to work with, they really listen to you while you complain about your pain. They know exactly what to do to alleviate that said pain and that's their goal plus ,get you stronger and healthy. I have been to many physical therapists, but this is by far the best place I have ever been to, and then and some, I broke 2 bones in my leg very badly it's been 18 months into my recovery and I continue to be impressed by everyone here, they usually have 4 very good therapists on and at least 1 or 2 interns from colleges and they have all been great, they have all contributed in my recovery, update.... It's been 3 months since my leg has been healed and they've been working with me to help overcome back problems I've had my whole life, I never thought I would overcome them but justin and his staff have helped me
be almost pain free, I usually never write reviews but this place is something special

The staff at South Mountain Physical Therapy are amazing. Justin and Cody are friendly and thorough. They always have a plan for your session, but can easily change things based on your progress or pain. Ashley is friendly and helpful when answering each call or email. There are several physical therapy offices much closer to our home, however Justin and his crew are the only option for us. They are worth the drive!

South Mountain Physical Therapy in Leesport is awesome! I used this facility for PT after my knee replacement surgery. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing PT. This facility has some of the best physical therapists in the field. Justin stays energetic, optimistic, and engaging throughout the entire rehabilitation process. Staff and students are well trained, always learning, and consistently welcoming to all patients. My program after a knee injury was tailored to my capabilities both physically and mentally. It is well known that there is a close and caring community of people within South Mountain Physical Therapy and I couldn’t have been happier with my outcomes!!!!

South Mountain Physical Therapy was great! My son experienced a season ending injury that required surgery and a lot of physical therapy. Thank you all for keeping his spirits high and motivating him to keep working. It paid off and he is getting ready to return to sports again stronger than he was before the injury.

I have had several opportunities to work with the therapists at South Mountain. Each and every one are wonderful. They listen to your concerns and adjust therapy to meet your needs.
