Omni LHC home health care agency of Berks county isn't a responsible company. I'm switching agency's because the people running the Berks county office simply don't care about there clients! I've been left alone numerous weekends. And then ignored when I'd call the on-call #. The voicemail is usually full and any intelligent person knows that an on-call voicemail would never be full if the job was being fulfilled. that's the purpose of an on-call staff! And ignored when I sent a text to the on-call staff. In addition the agency insists on sending girls that don't speak English well they have thick accents & don't understand English any better.If you or your family member needing help, requires English speaking aides look elsewhere even tho they'll tell you they have English speaking aides. (there aren't enough to go around)But they'll tell you they have enough just to get you to sign on with them but they don't have enough to care for the amount of English speaking people in need.I also recommend security camera's I have had many things stolen from different agency's mostly by aides of Spanish decent.
