Kohl's

Not a major purchase. Basic transaction. Joshua at point of sale was upbeat, friendly, greeting customers, etc. Basic stuff but unfortunately these days the exception rather than the norm. Wanted to recognize.

Friendly staff was happy to to do a return from an online order. No issues whatsoever! This store is doing much, much better! Picked up a great 100%cotton top to workout in. You all need more natural fabrics in store.

I wanted to purchase a pair of jeans. I wound up buying 2 pair of jeans for just over $31.00. I love shopping at Kohls. I always get great deals!

Whenever I go into Kohls, I find what I'm looking for and get a great deal when I use my Kohls dollars, plus my 30% off, and my shopping rewards. It's always a satisfying experience.

A clean store that has lots of clothing options! The jewelry section has nice looking items and the prices have larger discounts. The place is well lit up and all the sections are labeled making it easy to find what you're looking for. The cashier's are friendly as well!

This is a well kept store- generally clean and staff always available. I like their sales and clearance racks. The bathrooms are clean too and I was impressed with the family bathroom.

My daughter loves that there is a Sephora now in Reading PA. Great selection of clothes and friendly helpful staff.

I strangely like this store more every time I go in. Staff is great, prices are not wild like you would expect from such a nice and well maintained store. Great big and tall section. Sometimes certain sizes are not available in styles which is a bummer. Online store usually can ship what you can't find.

We went shopping for Christmas gifts for my sister. She wears larger plus sizes. We ended up hitting fantastic sale prices. We went home 2 1/2 times more clothing. The store was not crowded. The sales cashiers were very polite and friendly. We like shopping at Kohls. They have everything you need from bedding,,kitchen appliances, picture frames, cards and clothing and shoes. Highly recommend this establishment.

Love this store! I'm always able to find what I need/want at a great price. Really good sales going in now and the store is stocked well. Got some really great deals and kohls cash as well. Kohl's is my go to store when I need clothes. The womens plus section could be a little larger and dress section would be nice.

Braved the crowd black Friday. Store was busy. Had to wait for a shopping cart. Other than that everything was great. Customer service was really pleasant.

LOVE IT! Very nice and friendly staff. I visited because I need to return a few Amazon packages, and because it was my first time visiting, I decided to look around and even get a few things. Beautiful ladies, ready to help and assist. Really like it.
