Tino, our sales rep, did an excellent job transferring my 88-year-old aunt's Verizon android phone to an IPhone SE. We had to go back-and-forth between Verizon and AT&T over a 3-day period because of port holds and other problems. Tino was extremely patient, kind, detail-oriented, and determined to make everything work. My husband and I appreciated his "I'm-not-a-quitter" mentality; he proved his mindset to be a reality! We are grateful!

Ryan really helped us out today. Had an issue with a number transfer and he made sure we walked out with our issue resolved. The manager was also helpful, I don't know his name though. Didn't receive a text to give feedback, unfortunately, but I would've given great feedback. Only took an hour for him to help us out, which isn't a long time when you're going to the phone store. Much better customer service than Verizon, where the customer rep swindled us into buying 200 bucks worth of useless items by using confusing wordplay smh.

I went into the AT&T store 4 minutes before they closed at 7 pm today & Santos’s Constantino waited on me.

That I came in just before the store closed, Santo’s couldn’t have been anymore helpful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on top of his game!

I had a lot of questions and Santos kindly answered them all and helped me pick out a screen protector and a cover for my new iPhone 14 and then kindly installed both of them for me.

Santos also mentioned that I could simply pay the tax for those items and have the balance placed on my monthly bill.

I apologized to Santos for coming in the store the last minute as I stayed well beyond its 7 pm close. And to that Santos said “it’s no problem at all, that’s my job”!

I mean it’s a Saturday night, Santos has been in the store who knows, perhaps all day. I come walking in 4 minutes before the 7 pm close and he goes out of his way to do all this?!!!

I was so taken back I asked to speak to Santos’ manager. I told her what just transpired and she was super happy and complimentary of Santos.

The manager was Laeeqa and she was equally pleasant, courteous and professional in spite of the fact it was now 7:30, 30 minutes after store close.

I told Laeeqa that it’s people like Santos who are the primary reason I didn’t switch to Xfinity (as I had seriously planned to do) but instead I ended up purchasing three new iPhone 14’s and stayed with AT&T.

My long time customer service experience with Xfinity is terrible. People and your experiences with them are worth more to me than saving a couple of dollars on a cheaper line plan. Santos was living proof of that today!

Two of my three daughters are on my ATT Plan and I’m going to get my third daughter Nicole to switch over to my plan after my experience with Laeeqa and especially Santos.

It’s 11:50 at night and I’m taking the time to send this extensive commentary about my experience today. That should tell you all you need to know about how awesome my experience was with Santos this evening!!!

The second my husband and I walked in to get me a new phone we were assisted almost immediately. Constantino and his store manager were awesome with getting my new phone ordered and explaining the DirectTV Streaming service to us. We're still testing out the streaming service, but we seem to like it so far. We will continue to keep going back for anything we need. 🙂

Had another fantastic experience with this store! Kyle & Ryan we're phenomenal getting me my new account & upgrading my devices. My visit required a few hours, but they went above & beyond for me & were so nice, & helpful, & we had a couple of laughs to pass the time! This store never disappoints!

I was greeted by Juan as soon as I walked in and he got me started. Melissa took over and got me all set up with a new line and even was surprised by the promotion I received. I switched from the family line to finally having my own plan. Both Juan and Melissa were helpful, friendly, professional, and efficient!! They made the upgrade and new line an easy process and I even got my nurse discount! Very satisfied!!! Thank you Melissa & Juan!

Angel and the store manager were absolutely amazing. They were so patient and helped us figure everything out. His customer service was top notch. That store is lucky to have such 2 great employees working with customers. I was very satisfied with the service and will certainly tell everyone to ask for Angel. We could not have asked for a better experience, despite the social distancing rules that are in effect.

Kyle was amazing!!! I was so nervous about getting a new phone. He was extremely patient, kind, funny and smart. He put me at ease and mad the process of transferring the information from phone to phone easy for me to understand. I felt confident that I could do that when I got home. I needed this phone so I would be able to work from home the following day. I will definitely go back to this store and recommend to my friends!

Today my husband and I went to the Reading location to get a new sim card for my phone. The whole shopping center was incredibly busy and upon arrival there were several people waiting with a 40 minute wait time. The employee who was checking people in, got to us very quickly and immediately was able to help us get a sim card as it was a quick task. As he was helping set it, up another customer came in cursing and yelling about how he had been waiting for an hour and why were other people getting help before him. The employee helping us was incredibly professional and explained that other people had planned appointments and that he was helping us because it was a quick task that didn't require a consultation. The other customer continued to curse at him and throw a temper tantrum about having to wait but the employee kept his professionalism the entire time! Was so impressed by his ability to manage the situation with that much patience!

The other customer then started telling people coming in that they should just leave because of the incompetent staff (he used more colorful words that I won't type here). At this point the manager came over and was also incredibly professional in dealing with the irate customer. Even with all of the drama we were in and out in ten minutes! The staff here handled a unfortunate situation with so much professionalism and patience!! We were very happy customers. Just please be kind to customer service employees! They are doing their best during crazy times with so many limitations from covid. Have some patience and grace like these employees do for their customers!

I worked with a young man named Joel today, and he was so patient and kind with me. I wasn’t understanding a concept he was explains, and even though I could tell he was getting frustrated, he did not give up on me. I felt bad for not understanding and my own frustrations led to me getting visibility upset. Joel was very kind and caring and continued to work with me through all my questions and concerns. He continued to help me once my new phone was activated and was not working properly. I was probably there a solid 1.5-2 hours and he was patient, collected and sweet throughout the entire experience. Even through escorting me to the door as I left.

A very positive experience which could have gone terribly wrong with someone else.

As we entered the store, we were waited on almost instantly by a man named Angel. He gave excellent service and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Both my mom and I were completely informed about everything involved with the setup process and felt as though we were taken care of. If you are ever to find yourself buying a new phone or purchasing a plan in this store, Angel will 100% take good care of you.
