If I could give six stars I would. A pair of boots I bought at a different local shop last month broke beyond repair. That shop was unwilling to help me so I called Allison at Inner Bootworks. She immediately went out of her way to facilitate me getting a new pair of boots the next day at no charge. Super knowledgeable and amazing customer service!

I had an issue with my boots for 30 years. I went to here to see if they could fix it. I was helped by Jamie. He analyzed my foot, did a little grind, blew out a section and poof, problem solved. The price was reasonable. I should have gone there years ago.

Extremely helpful and patient bootfitters. Allison has been doing this for almost a decade, has received formal training and certification around boots and the foot more generally, and it shows. If you are looking for a new boot, or are having trouble with you existing one, I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Somewhat weirdly, they charge you 50-60 bucks to check the binding release force. I’m not sure if that’s standard, but my local shop definitely would not charge for that after having purchased a big ticket item (skis or boots).

That being said, still definitely go here.

Absolutely wonderful service!! They cared so much about the problems my husband was having with his boots and were so patient and explained everything extremely well!! Will absolutely be returning in the future and would 100% recommend this location to anyone and everyone! (Allison is the bomb!!)

Benny and Doug spent about 5 hours with me over the course of two days when I was visiting Stowe, VT this past NYE weekend.

I emailed Benny after my first day of skiing asking if he could help me, he responded that very night and asked that I stop by the next day. Between Benny and Doug, they fitted me with new boots and custom beds, with further adjustments the next day ..

Benny/Doug succeeded in persuading me to get smaller boots than I thought and they were spot on in terms of comfort. I now have no pain, boots feel great and what an experience with some dedicated customer service oriented folks.

Both Benny & Doug were super patient and listened to what I was saying, even when I couldn’t describe it that well. Even I was getting impatient with myself!

Can’t speak more highly of them.

Inner Boot Works went out of their way to be friendly, and resolve my ski boot issues, which turned out to be an issue I was creating. Highly recommended!!

Amazing place with extremely knowledgeable staff. My friend had a problem with a rub in his new boot. The lady knew exactly the problem and fixed it with ease. So we all brought our boots there and they fixed everything wrong with them in a timely manner and for an extremely reasonable price.

What a great experience! I made an appointment. I could not even stand in my boots when I arrived and Jamie was able to make both boots comfortable. Amazing! Thank you so much!

I've been to many ski shops and boot fitters in my life, and never have I worked with someone that so confidently addressed my concerns, identified the problems... and solved them!... in under an hour. My boots have always been a painful problem. not any more! Thanks Mike!

Had a bad set of liners in my new boots. Chris was able to get something temporary set up so I could keep skiing for work and made a plan with me to get dialed when my new liners come in. Great shop and knowledgeable staff.

Best boot fitters in the East! I've done business with them for over 30 years. Got a new pair of Nordica Striders this year and love them.

Pain was so bad I had to stop half way down the hill and rest my feet after every run. 1 hour with Kris and no more pain what an amazing experience. THANK YOU KRIS

Awesome and experienced staffs, they certainly are experts at fitting ski boots.

Expert, nice, and fast. My boots immediately became my most comfortable footwear. Also reasonable prices.

This place saved my feet while visiting Stowe! I highly recommend them, just be sure to have an appointment before going in.
