We are happy with our home from Green Tree Group. The design is beautiful and the modern layout fits our family’s lifestyle. Green Tree Group had great customer service and really took pride in building our home. Tom H was our project manager and he was very patient and super responsive to our questions. Our office contact Lucas L supported our administrative needs. Green Tree did a good job listening to our feedback and addressing any questions or concerns during the home building experience. We recommend working with Green Tree Group on home construction.

We brought our house with Green Tree Group they are awesome , our family members are extremely satisfied with our choice of contractor. The teams were always productive and never rushed throughout all of the works that have been done in the house. Tom who is the manger of the team definitely was honest enough and told us what was necessary that needed to be address and done before we move in the house. Green Tree Group also provided us with insightful advice and did a great job of getting what we wanted in the house. We highly recommend this contractor.

I had a great experience with Green Tree. Monica was our main project manager and really helped us with everything. We had issues along the way and she was always quick to respond or at least let us know she was working on it. With new construction, we knew to expect a certain amount of things to pop up so it was great to have someone that was just a text away to help us. Even after our warranty expired, I had a question and she was able to help me. I would definitely use them again!

Bought a house from them in July of 2019. So far so good. We had some hiccups prior to signing the deal, but once it came time to close the company was very helpful in coming to deal.

Fixing was done in a timely manner and Tom H did a great job working with me directly to feel like my property was taken care of. The ability to work directly with people was a great to see and so far they have been honorable throughout the deal. Time will tell, but so far I am very happy with my new home.

Do not trust these con artists with their broken promises and lues! They built the townhomes behind my two bedroom row home of almost fifteen years and in the process of building: they violated my rights and trespassed on to my private property without my permission or knowledge, then they again without my knowledge or consent, criminally severed two of my personal and proprietary fences then they once again without my permission or knowledge replaced my two fences with a cheap plastic one. The nerve of some people! That wasn't all either. They trampled and disrespected my buried and cremated deceased beloved pets. Three of my dogs while living here are buried in my back yard and these green tree workers trod all over their graves while criminally trespassing on my private property.
