Richter Total Office

This review is for Richter Mobile Shredding. An absolutely terrific service! The truck came to our house, the driver helped us dump 25 years worth of private documents into his bins, the truck inhaled the contents of the bins and munched them up. We were even able to watch the process on a mobile computer monitor. The cost is minimal when you compare this service to taking two van loads of documents to Staples and have to laboriously feed them into the small slots on their locked bins.
Communication with the company was excellent. They returned phone calls promptly, gave detailed instructions, the driver arrived on time . . . it was a truly superb experience and a huge load off our minds to have dealt with all those old documents.

We switched to Richter after we had some bad experiences with another shredding company. The Customer Service that the employees at Richter have is unbelievable, they're just always nice and always willing to help. Even the crew who comes in to our office for the shredding are always friendly and accomodating. I'm working with my receptionist and trying to get her to start buying some office supplies from Richter.

We have used Richter's for over 20 years both for their office supplies and the mobile shredding. They could not be friendlier or more helpful finding things and delivering them promptly. They were a true life saver during the pandemic, bringing masks, cleaning supplies, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and delivering it to where ever we requested (and next day). We appreciate their personal touch and will continue to rely on their business for supporting our business.

We have been using Richter for the past two years for our office supply needs and they have exceeded all expectations. After the pandemic hit they were still able to provide next day service for all our needs. When supplies were low (especially ppe) they came through with alternatives and other options to make sure we were taken care of with certain supplies that you couldn't seem to find anywhere. Andy has always been amazing to work with and has given us no reason to look elsewhere for all our office needs. Even when we have had a request for items out of the norm, they would go above and beyond to find a way to get it to us and still do! They are a rapidly growing company with more and more offered services every year that we look forward to being a part of. Their website is very easy to navigate and placing orders takes no time at all. Customer service is always on point from them, and always gets our questions and inquiries answered immediately. Our company has been using Richter for about 5 years now. Always next day delivery, always a call from customer service if a product isn't in stock with suggestions of replacements. Advice on office equipment and we use the mobile shredding too. Definitely recommend!

Richter is a family-owned business and they treat their customer's like they are the most important customer they have. They provide prices that are competitive with the big box stores. We have worked with 2 of the biggest box stores and were disappointed in their customer service. You will not be disappointed with the customer service that Richter provides. We are proud to support a local business, Richter Drafting and Office Supply, and are appreciative for their personal approach to business.

Richter is our "go-to" supplier for all of our office needs. From paper, envelopes, and stationary, to PPE, floor mats, and cubicle/office items. They have it all. The mobile shredder is also a huge convenience for us from time to time.

In 2020 we purchased some new office furniture, including a few sit-to-stand desks, and new chairs for the entire office. Andy was extremely patient as we navigated the VAST array of chairs, colors, and fabrics available through Richter. In addition, he provided valuable and timely advice to help us make our decisions.

I should also mention that they are genuinely GREAT people to work with !

We have the nicest people come out to our business for shredding. The guys are more than helpful, polite and so personable. I can't thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job each time they come out. The girls on the phone as well are so nice and helpful, and will always get back to me right away.
