spectacular service.. my job got adjusted to where i split 1/2 of my day in one end of lambertville and the rest at another end of lambertville. i brought them my bike sunday for some TLC and by 2:00 monday it was finished and running great. thanks mike great job

There are good bike shops and there are great bike shops. New Hope is definitely in the Great category. I was riding along the towpath when my crank arm began to loosen. Fortunately, I was just a mile from the New Hope bike shop and stopped in for repair. I wanted to buy an Allen key set to make the repair but they were out. The gentleman was nice enough to find me a single Allen key to fit my crank arm and gifted it to me! I also need my tires inflated and the mechanic gladly offered his assistance. In the process of inflating my rear tire he noticed a bulge in the sidewall. So, instead of inflating a tire to full pressure he backed it off about 20 psi. I would have purchased a new tire but the ones they stocked might not have worked on my bike. Bottom line, I was impressed with the professionalism, technical expertise and customer service of the gentleman that run this shop. Highly impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and support of the gentleman that run this shop. Highly recommend!

I lost my shoes and had a flat tire less than 2-hours before a race that was over an hour away. Mike was legendary. He fixed my tire. Instinctively inflated it to my preferred PSI, and connected the components in the clip in the bike shoes that required some assembly. He took care of everything. I needed a grown-up and he came through.

Even though we arrived before opening time, they served us. The bike was in excellent shape and worked very well for the 4 hours we had it rented. I experimented with the gears and the pedal assist. I found it to be very fun😄. It was the first time my husband had to catch up to me instead of the other way around. We thought the rental price was excellent.
And the walking/biking path was close enough to ride the bike to.
I would recommend this rental company and location.

These guys were so nice and helpful. We had a problem with one of our batteries running down, and they drove several miles and met us on the trail to bring us a fresh replacement battery. Service was above and beyond: thank you!

This is a great business and bike shop. I have so far bought two high end bikes here, and I have been fully satisfied in every respect. The service is absolutely the best! I needed a minor fix on a bike I recently bought, and Nick, the owner, came to my house (over an hour away in each direction) for the repair being that it was off season and had time available. I wouldn't expect him to be able to do that during the high season. I am definitely a perfectionist when it comes to my sports equipment both in its performance and appearance. He has made sure that everything is absolutely perfect on all my family's bikes, no matter how minor a detail it is. I live quite a distance away, and there are many other bike dealers closer and more convenient, but I make the trip because I know for sure that everything will be perfect and I will be given great care and attention. I definitely plan to buy more high end bikes here, and I definitely, without hesitation, recommend this bike shop for all of your bike needs and dreams.

Very helpful - when my friend found she couldn't handle an e-bike, and we switched to hybrid bikes, New Hope changed my pre-paid reservation to regular non-electric rental without being asked - couldn't have been nicer - might suggest they add a personal panier to contain cell phone, a jacket, etc...

This bike shop is awesome. We have purchased numerous bikes here for our children and have had all our bikes serviced here. They are great with our young kids and helpful with purchasing with regards to both sizing and ability for them. They have even helped me load up the back of my car with all the bikes. They also have a good in stock collection so we can always find what we need, from my girly girl to my rough and tough boy.

Went there today Sunday 4/17/16, they treated us great!!!! Specially the big guy with the baseball cap (sorry, I suck at remembering names)!!! It was my daughter's first time in a bike trailer and I was a little nervous but he was super helpful, answered all my questions, gave suggestions and directions and was super nice about everything. Will most definitely visit again and I recommend this place to everybody!!!.

I can honestly say that New Hope Cyclery embodies the small business experience! Great owner! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast, all without any pressure for sales. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone that asks.

Great local cycle shop. I've used New Hope cyclery numerous times to tune and service my bikes. They are a Trek main dealer an have done some relatively complex repairs and upgrades. I have mountian, road and hybrid bikes. They have done a great job on all of them. Fully recommend.

Rented 2 bikes for a day on the tow path along the river. The young fella helping us hooked us up with bikes that were just tuned and fit us perfectly. Solid experience, helpful, and easy to recommend them. Will be back next time in town. Thanks guys!

Had a nasty spill on 202 and got a pinch flat last week. In the time it took me to dress my wounds they had a new tube on and even cleaned my grubby rims! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks,
