Zach was so helpful when my family needed to upgrade three phones. He took the time to find us the best deals. His customer service was great and he answered all of our questions. He didn’t pressure us to buy something we didn’t need or want. Zach was a pleasure to work with.

Just got my new iPhone 15 pro max from here and I love it so much!! Zach helped me get set up from scratch and everything has been going smoothly with my service plan! Overall I am very happy with my experience!

Amazing service from the fellas here. Timmy was very knowledgeable with helping me into my new phone. He even made the transfer seamless and effortless. There were a few new hires as well who were super kind, so even if Timmy isn't there I believe you'll be in good hands. Can't recommend this store enough.

He went above and beyond to help us combine our plan and decide on new phones. He put on the phone accessories without prompting! In the past I have had to ask. Overall a great shopping experience! Customer service rep Victoria assisted me in a very professional manor and took care of my issues promptly and with a positive attitude. She is a delight to work with and I would absolutely want to do business with her again. She was also very knowledgeable with my issues and able to find answers she didn't have immediately!

When I think of trading 4 phones and switching cellular providers I hear nails on a chalkboard…but Mike actually made the experience enjoyable! And when I needed to come back a few days later for another phone handoff, Victoria picked up right where Mike left off. They both went out of their way to help us and I cannot sing their praises enough. I’m not typically a review writer, but rarely do I experience customer service like this. They are the best.

Michael Liard and Dan Mora at the Verizon Berlin Mall store were just great to work with! I bought two phones and they were very professional, knowledgeable and personable to work with. I enjoyed my time with them as they helped set up my phones easily. I will definitely go back to that store for Future Verizon needs, they have earned my business and it was a pleasure to work with them. It is great to see good customer service these days and they definitely provided great customer service!!
