On Saturday 8/12/23 we had a Class Reunion with Appetizers only. We ordered them from Store #616 in Berlin, VT. The order was perfect. All of the Food (Fruit, Veggies, chicken wings and tenders) were fresh and ready when we arrived to pick it up. The staff was amazingly helpful! Everyone that attended were very impressed with the Quality and Quantity for the price we were charged. Thank you!!

Beautiful store. A very nice lady Shaw's employee working in the baking aisle gave me some great tips on different ways to make a birthday cake. She was working very hard but took time out to talk to me and my friend. What a very nice lady. Also there is always a very good sale on Seltzer water here!!! 😎

Ordered 2 meat/cheese platter the day before a big event. Presentation great, didn't like the olive bowl in the middle but will know for next time. Deli did a great job and were expecting us.

I went to this store to get a prescription. This store is beautiful! And the people are just so nice! Loved it here.

I used to live nearby and have since moved. I came in to get flowers for cemetery nearby. The lady in floral was very nice and made a pretty arrangement for the cemetery. I always find what I want in this store along with great customer service.

Clean and the staff were so kind and friendly. I was only visiting the area, but a very good local grocery alternative to Walmart

Love this Shaws in Berlin! Although they are crazy more expensive than any other store, by about $2.00-$3.00 higher, they have the Organic brands I love and products you can't get in any other store! Try Hippeas Chickpea snacks, they're like cheese puffs and UNBELIEVABLE! You can only get them here. Plus the meats are good and store is immaculate! So it's expensive but worth it if you're looking for quality products and all your needs, you'll just pay more 🥴.

I am very grateful to the staff, especially through the last couple of years. In my experience, they are cordial, helpful, and I am always treated with kindness and respect.

Great store for families. They have all the deals and usually give the kids an apple or banana at check out which we prefer over the random probably several weeks old cookies.

Great store. They seem to keep exelent service. Iv been coming to this shaws sence I was a kid and they always have had great service fresh produce and unlike the other local chain stores there produce stays fresh for more than 3 days. Thank you shaws and shaws employees for the great service

Great place to shop for groceries! The ailse are big and there usually isn't to much of a line when checking out, except around 5pm. All the employees are very nice and friendly!!

They have a fantastic pick up service. Very friendly and efficient staff who do an amazing job!

We're a English family on vacation in the US and Canada. After a not so great time in French speaking Canada what an absolute delight to be in Vermont! A supermarket like ones back home.... a place where you can buy food... that.... wait for it, you can just eat... no preparation! Dear me.... in Quebec potato chips was as good as it got for convenience food in supermarkets. Here at Shaws we bought salad from the salad bar, cold wine and beer from the fridge. Thank you Shaws for being what we expect from a supermarket... oh and thanks for not looking down your noses at us like le Quebecois 😁😁 Friendly staff, lots of parking, what more could you ask for. Thanks for reading.
