Walmart Supercenter

Today around 2pm when my family went through the check out number 1 and we received the best customer service! A big thank you to Sara and Susan for your attention to detail. It was such a pleasant surprise to have our groceries bagged for us. It’s been a long time since I have had this kind of customer service at Walmart. Thank you Sara and Susan for doing your job well!

Its walmart. Only complaint is there needs to be more manned registers.
HOWEVER, This particular store is amazing. I left my phone behind while checking out, and someone was kind enough to return it to the service desk. The service desk closes at 8, but the employees that were working the floor were kind enough to answer and let me come and pick it up after hours. Thanks guys!!

This walmart is decent. Not as big as I'm used to but it's perfect for this smaller town. Was not too busy when we went.

Easy to find items. More open cash registers would be nice with actual cashiersnot everyone likes self checkout me included. Besides it takes a job away from a person. Whether it be a younger or older cashier. It's giving that person an income and helps to cutback on homelessness. Don't keep putting machines in to take the place of humans. If you have to check out your self you should be paid for being a cashier. Otherwise if you have to checkout your own items you just picked up. You are being a slave to the store. Working without pay is slave labor

I have always had a great shopping experience at this Walmart and the pharmacy is great. They always have stocked shelves and fresh veggies and the employees have always been very nice and helpful.

had to buy succulent potting soil, didn’t even know that was a thing! the man that helped me was extremely nice and took the time to help me without rushing. blue eyes, brown hair, and glasses, thank you for your help!

Could always wish walmart to be bugger. But still love it.

Great variety great prices helpful staff

I recently purchased a TV. Had to return it and purchased another. The folks in Electronics were helpful in every way. The return of the TV was easy. The folks in Electronics loaded it in the car for me. This local store actually answers the telephone and help to find products. Always have a good experience at the pharmacy too. Berlin Walmart provides better customer service than I find at other big box electronics stores in Williston.

Friend and I were up there the other night did some shopping and window shopping at the same time very nice store while lit clean the only thing I miss is there's only one cash register with a human being besides that it's a great store

Got in and out and there was a little wait to get through the self checkout because the person was busy. Clearance items are super.

Such sweet people that have bent over backwards to help our Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief teams out.

Only open until 11pm since pandemic but it's a great addition to any mall or plaza & this location has a particularly decent choice of employees who are nice & helpful!

This is a super walmart with all the grocery items. I funny story.. My son age 52 went to buy a few bottles of wine and they proofed him and his daughter age 29. She had an expired license so they refused to sell the wine to them... How funny is that. It is a nice clean store. The back road leading to the store is a mess to be careful when you drive there.

I always use this pharmacy. The staff is friendly, courteous, very helpful and you're treated like a person, not a number. When you meet one of the staff members in town they are just as friendly as when they are working. They know my meds and if something I've been prescribed seems questionable they have no issues contacting the prescribing physician.

Their stuff worth more than the price. We really enjoyed buying our BBQ tools ❤
