My 9 year old son just had a filling and I am truly blown away by Dr. Wilson and team.
He was very nervous and the way they explained everything to him and helped him through it was truly impressive.
He is a sensitive dude and he didn’t even cry! I’m forever grateful for the care given to us today.

This is an outstanding dental practice. The facilities are clean, modern, exceptionally well equipped. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. The doctors are all professional and caring, providing exceptional care. I have been seeing Dr Karen Otto for many years, and she is a true professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. My very highest endorsement goes to this entire practice.

White Family Dental is always professional. The caring staff is always happy to see you and will answer all of your dental questions. The staff explains preventative care and dental procedures very well. I was recently in for a crown and the whole procedure was pain-free. Everyone was professional and very helpful. Dr. White even called me the next day to check up on the work I had done on my tooth. They really do care about their patients! I highly recommend White Family Dental and I look forward to going back soon!

Dr. White’s “oldest” hygienist is so calming, soft spoken, knowledgeable, and just a joy to chat with. My teeth truly never felt cleaner when she’s finished!! I have been going to White Family Dental ever since they opened their doors in Elizabethtown. As they have grown and expanded they continue to give personal attention to their patients. Excellent Staff & Professional Staff.

I had an emergency visit due to a broken molar which needed a crown. I refused to have the work done. Well needless to say the tooth broke and it was very painful. I called White's Family Dental and they fit me in the day I called. I was extremely nervous.

The staff was amazing, calming. I left thrilled because the dentist rebuilt my tooth! He was able to check the nerve & determined the tooth could be saved!

I loved how the dentist and his technician quietly spoke over me about everything that was happening in my mouth to my tooth. First time,as a dental parent I felt like I was part of my treatment. It relaxed me & I was so impressed. My other dental office where I used to go, the dentist & technician would talk about stuff. When you're in a dental chair you can't respond.

What impressed me is that at White's Family Dental, was throughout the whole procedure I was able to feel active in my treatment. I actually asked questions when the procedure was done. I felt like I was being cared for & that the focus was on me and not other stuff.

I highly recommend this practice. I'm 61 and have always feared losing my teeth. I am happy to say they are all still mine now.

I know this is a long review, but my experience was one I didn't expect. I felt like my comfort was the number 1 priority.

Just returned from another visit with Dr. White at the Etown office. My wife and I have been patients at White Family Dental for more than ten years and have always been pleased beginning with the friendly greeting at the reception desk to the final "Have a nice day" as we leave. The office is exceptionally clean, managed better than any office I have visited during my lifetime, and most importantly "patient centered." Dr. White's care is exceptional. He has established a climate by his own example that how patients are treated by every staff member is extremely important.
Simply stated, they are good people.

My hygienist is phenomenal. She's super sweet, remembers details of my life to ask about each time I'm in, and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I usually see Dr. White, who is an amazing dentist. My family has been going to him for multiple generations, and have a deep respect for him as a person and a dentist. They have state of the art technology in their offices. I am fully confidant that I'm getting the best care whenever I enter their office. Best dentist office in the area, hands down!

I initially went to White Family Dental because my dentist was unable to correct a problem I was having, and Dr. White was able to give correct my problem with amazing results! Every time I go, all of the staff are very friendly and courteous....they even know me by name! I appreciate the fact that the staff willingly helps each other and is always kind and courteous to one another. I feel as if I am getting excellent dental care by the practice. I can't say enough of great things about Dr. White and his wonderful staff! They are all friendly, professional and very knowledgeable which helps ease the anxiety that most of us feel when going to the dentist. For one who has had many traumatic experiences growing up in a home where we could not afford dental care. And because of this and bad experiences in the past I have severe anxiety going to the dentist.

Until now Dr. Holtzapple and Sheila have Greatly help me and work with me with gentleness and kind supportive words. I am able to look at the dentist office in a better light, and slowly build my faith in this excellent team and white family dentistry

I used to dread the dentist. Then I had an emergency dental issue on a weekend and a friend recommended Dr White. He took care of the immediate problem, always making sure I was comfortable. What a difference!
Many years later and everything from cleaning to root canals, extractions and crowns, Dr White and his staff are amazing!!! They listen to my concerns and questions, explain everything in plain language and always make sure I am comfortable. And if there is a problem, since no one is perfect, they make it right both dentally and financially. No horror stories at this dentist!
Dr White has very high standards for himself and his staff, not only in their dental work but also their care for their patients, yet the staff is always friendly, helping each other and really seem to enjoy their patients and their work! They are like a happy family. It is encouraging- even if I am having a bad day, I can't help but feel cared for when I leave.

We have been going to White Family Dental since moving to E-town last year. The entire staff is amazing and so friendly; we are greeted like family when we walk through the door. Our experience with White Family Dental has been extremely positive for the many years that we have been patients at this practice. Dr. White has always provided us with top notch care as have some of the other dentists who have treated us. If a problem occurs in between regular check-ups, special arrangements have always been made for an emergency-type visit. The hygienists and dental assistants have been thorough and precise in their work. The atmosphere of the entire office has been of warmth and caring which begins at the receptionist desk and continues throughout the entire visit which ends with assistance from the clerical staff.
