GIANT

When I visit Elizabethtown, this is the go to grocery store. It is well organized , clean, and convenient. It has a pharmacy, a bank, a Starbucks, and the usual grocery store departments. And now it has some sort of droid running around the store also. The entrance is a little funky, but other than that it’s a great store.

Huge thank you to employee Mic Taylor for going above and beyond the call of duty. My car wouldn’t start after shopping due to a dead battery, and it was a windy January day. I asked Mic at the service desk if anyone could help me. She got someone to cover the service desk and was outside in her personal vehicle with jumper cables right away. Thanks to Mic I’m home right now instead of waiting for AAA in the cold. Thank you Mic! PS, Giant supervisors, Mic deserves a raise!

This is one of the better Giants as far as people trying to help you and a few human run registers actually exist !!! but mostly do it yourself annoying robot trash self check outs but thats everywhere thank you covid and government for that ..but I don't usually leave annoyed here ..so if youre shopping Giant they have way better deals than Weis..never shop Weis

Giant usually has everything I am looking for stocked. I like this Giant in Elizabethtown, Pa.

This Giant is always pretty much fully stocked and is always clean. As with all other stores, they could use a few more cashiers instead of relying so much on self checkout, but that’s just the world we live in now.

Giant has great customer service. Employees always helpful and polite when I pick up my orders.

It’s laid out like giant eagle, they have all the same types of stuff that we have at giant eagle however they’re priced lower than eagle. The Giant that I went to was in Elizabeth town, pa it was my first time with a good experience, very nice people that work there and very helpful and they actually have human beings at the checkout line to help you unlike giant eagle and Walmart where you need to self checkout and your always need help because the computers don’t work half of the time and only causes more delay and frustration, good old south western Pennsylvania for you. Multi million dollar store that can’t employ people to use the register 🤬🤔🤌🤷‍♂💰💵💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰

Best place to go shopping with my little daughters..they actually have a reserved parking spots close to the entrance for those with kids and pregnant mothers.... workers are so nice and helpful...

Stopped in to pick up a few items. The employees in the aisles stocking shelves were super nice. We found everything we needed plus a few extras. The lines up front were very long. We opted for the self check out where the line was shorter. We will be back to this location when we are in town.

I went searching for an item and couldn't locate within a few min a store associate assisting in locating it and then the checkout was very simple no issues.

Giant has a lot of Spring and Easter decor out, and their flower selection is outstanding!

It was good and nice. I went in to Starbucks for my Niece and I. It is great that it is there in the store. You can shop for your groceries and enjoy a coffee!

This Giant store was pretty well stocked with the items that were on sale in their ad, but I did have to get a couple of rain checks. Other than that this store was clean and the store associates were nice and friendly and offered to check and see if they had items in the back that just didn't get put to the shelf yet, this happened in at least three departments, and I did appreciate that. So I would shop at this Giant again.
