I bought my 2012 Civic here in May 2020. Really liked their service and prompt replies. Price was fair, too. I get free inspections for the life of the car, which is so helpful when the budget is tight. Complimentary cleanings are always top notch and appreciated!

As promised, fixed my review after they fixed my car. My purchasing experience itself was wonderful, Forrest was great to work with and Seth got me done with the financial side in record time. When my cars AC died, less than 24 hours after purchasing, the woman at the service department couldn't schedule me for over a week. To me, that was not good customer service considering they had just sold me a car with the claims it was in good working order. But regardless, I waited. Service advisor Chris was great at the appointment and kept me updated, and explained what was wrong with my car. About 8 hours after taking it home again, the AC dies again. Unfortunately it's after the service department closed, so I call the next day. Once I explained to the scheduler what's going on and that I wasn't planning on waiting a second week, he transferred me to Chris, who was able to fit me in within several hours. Considering the heat and my 2 very young kids, a fully functional AC system is important! And it should have been done right the first time. Second service appointment found a different issue, something that actually even made more sense, and it appears to be resolved. Back to loving my new-to-me Minivan.

There was no pressure to buy from the very beginning of our visit. We were able to do a test drive on our own. No distractions. Our salesman, Forrest, was very patient with me as I decided between 2 vehicles. He was very helpful with the similarites/differences of the two vehicles. He did his best to provide assistance with a smell we detected in one of the vehicles by having it ionized and having the filter changed. I don't know if it is offered on used vehicles, and I should have asked, but a tutorial of the technology in the RX 350 would have made me feel a little more secure about driving.

Gregg Willis was great to work with - super nice guy, easy to reach if I had questions, and flexible with my situation. I went here knowing what I wanted and what I was able to do and they made it work. I'm also very happy with the perks you get by purchasing from here. I always wanted a Nissan Cube and am so glad I was able to get it from somewhere that was so awesome!

Just purchased my second used vehicle from Rahal last week. I've bought vehicles from several other dealerships in the area and had terrible experiences. Both of my experiences purchasing vehicles at Rahal and my handful of experiences with their various service centers have been comparatively amazing. Gregg was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the vehicle I was looking at purchasing. The only negative part of my purchase experience this time around was the trade-in appraisal I was offered, which was over 20% lower than KBB value and the figures I was offered by other local dealerships. That said, there was no pressure from anyone at Rahal to sell the vehicle to them and they were understanding when I sold the vehicle to another dealership. My wife and I love our new-to-us Camry Hybrid and we will definitely be buying more vehicles from the Rahal group in the future!
