Stop here about four times a week!

Great service and polite employees greet you upon coming in store.. I love their crushed ice..omg I'm obsessed lol just kidding

Always busy, but the staff is always nice! Chicken Ranch wraps are a great cheap and quick lunch!

Typical convenience store with reward program

I'm a bus driver for CV schools. I stop in this store every day for cigarettes, drinks, food, etc. Today I stopped in to grab cigarettes on my way home, the normal lady was there but so was another employee, and the normal lady asks me for my ID. I don't normally get carded in this store and after having a long day I made the comment of never being carded by her. My oldest thought they were carded me bc there is no signature on the back of my card and made the comment of, "it's just one thing dont run to the bus for your ID". She never heard me ask for the cigarettes, and yes I did get smart with her(very long day, but still no excuse) and she got smart back. The other employee looked in our direction and said, "I feel your pain", instantly my oldest thought she was talking to her and said thank you. The employee then came back with, "I wasn't talking to you". My oldest rolled her eyes(disrespectful and she was punished when I got home, she will also be apologizing), but the cashier, with a customer looked at my daughter and flipped out on her. I did not appreciate that at all. Neither one of us were right in the situation, but the employee should be talked to about how she conducts customer service(especially to a 15 yr old) because this isn't the first time she has done this and I have been a witness. I have talked to the manager about the other situations, but it doesn't seem like anything is being done. Disappointing to be honest!!!

The lady that works there reminds me of a zombie should be fired. I come here often and she’s usually in the restroom with the register left unattended.

Stopped in last night to get cigarettes for my husband. I asked for a carton. The "shift supervisor" huffed, rolled her eyes and stomped to the back. Almost immediately she came back saying. I don't have any.

Following is the rest of the conversation

Me...Ok, how many packs do you have?

Her... Oh no! I'm not selling you all my packs. I just put those up there!

Me... I was just asking how many you had.

Her... what did you say to me?

Me ... repeated.

Her.... I don't get cigarettes in til Sunday. I have customers to take care of.

Well. She has one less to worry about!!!!

Laura the assistant manager had no mask on when she coughed all over products they were putting on the shelves. Great job Laura 👏

EXTREMELY unhappy to walk into this store today just to see a large group of Turkey Hill employees not only standing right in the middle of the store blocking aisles and the main opening but also NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING!!! I will no longer patronize your establishment any longer. Even though your right across the street from now on I will drive down to Sheetz where they take the health and safety of patrons seriously. This is abhorrent behavior on your employees part.

Gross, pizza is still Doughy, didn’t notice till my second piece. Feel very stick. Avoid the pizza.

Once you use your "rewards" card, gas is the same price as every other place on for pike. Never have any prepared food. Have to pay to use air compressor while 6 other places on the pike let you use it for free.
