Been going here for years but the last visit was exceptional. They helped me avoid the timing and cost of a second visit by removing a blood blister on the first visit for me... Very thankful. The ladies that did the procedure were very kind and knowledgeable, wish I could recall their names.

This is a very busy doctors office. There is a lot of physicians here. The parking lot is large and there is a large waiting room. There is a public restroom in the waiting area. There is also a kids play area. Some times the wait can be long when in the rooms but what doctors office isn’t. The nurses and doctors are very friendly and thorough. There is also a lab onsite that can do blood work. They take multiple types of insurance. This is a very good place to go yourself and to bring your family.

I take my 90 year old mother to this practice and cannot say enough good things about them. Every doctor, CNP, RN, and aide are so patient and kind. They take the time to really listen and are not looking at the clock to get you out of the office. I appreciate all they do and I highly recommend.

Dr. Meck responds to me so quickly. They were able to get me in fast and get the tests I needed done.

I have been going to this office since I was very little. I would never think about leaving this office. The front desk is very nice (even when its hard to be) and the staff is always there for you!

I always come here, I have since I was little. It's a fantastic place to go for all ages, all the workers are welcoming and kind.

I love my nurse practitioner, Stephanie Magazino!! Always kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

I love the individual doctors and most of the front office staff BUT...they are always running so far behind. It's not uncommon to be waiting atleast 30 minutes beyond your appointment time. I'm not talking waiting back in a room. I'm talking your appointment could be at 9am and you'll still be sitting in the waiting area at 9:45am and then be in a room for another 20 minutes. Essentially you'll be there for an hour and a half to get 10 minutes of their time.

The wait times are consistently terrible and never worth the wait. I have left every appointment feeling very frustrated. Will find a different practice moving forward

Office staff is not included in this review as they were nice. Their phone system is horrible but they are aware of how awful it is. The one doctor there is literally the worst dr I ever had. I wish I was exaggerating. So frustrated that I rather just go to the emergency room than see this dr. I have talked with the office manager about my concerns but I would not recommend going here after my experience with this dr and having the nurse practitioner accusing me of having covid when it was a sinus infection (something Im prone to). I doubt anything would change..

On my last visit, last month was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office.
Took forever to check in. The receptionist said if I had any complaints to go here.
First the PA? wanted to change my meds that had just been changed two weeks ago. Without consulting with my doctor.
Next I was told that I needed to give a urine sample. There are NO bathrooms in the examination area. So I had to go back into the waiting room area. Stood behind the check in area for about 5 minutes. Someone was using it. So the nurse said "let's go down there "...that was to the other side of the waiting room. I'm not happy at this point. Went In and the toilet was dirty, not good. Went over to wash my hands, NO paper towels to dry my hands on. This is a doctors office for God's sake. Then I got to carry my urine past everyone in the waiting room.
Will be going somewhere else.

After years of taking the same medication they now require appointments every six months just to be able to charge you. Also they don’t care if you need your prescription and don’t bother to call you if there is an issue refilling it. I have to call the prescription line several times just to have them successfully fill it. If you’re going to make me leave a message, wouldn’t you’ll bother at least responding to it?? Stupid stupid staff there, it’s always someone dropping the ball. Just ridiculous
