Love my turkey hill. There are some very friendly staff members who have been there for years that I enjoy seeing regularly. Some staff members have come and it’s a bummer when they are gone but it’s always nice to meet the newbies. No matter if they are senior staff or new team members. They always treat you like family. This store gets my highest rating, considering it has the potential to get very very busy, especially during usual Hershey tourist/concert/event season.

Friendly and nice location, as well as being super convenient with being across from the hospital.

Been coming to this store since I was like ten, all of the staff are super approachable and very nice to talk to. Most people complain because of issues outside of the stores control or that people need to eat, it's clear a lot of people just don't view the people working here as worker drones and it's honestly everyone at the store deserves so much better.

The store's staff are friendly, the store is clean, and I know they didn't have the cheese-its I wanted.... BUT most stores don't, I was told that turkeyhills have been having issues getting product in sometimes! I understand that, this pandemic has really messed up a lot, so I'm just glad to see they aren't closing st 3pm like a different store close by that I no longer stop at. Thank you guys and gals for your hard work!

This is located in Hershey and in the shopping plaza. The minimart and gas station next to it. There is plenty of parking and fast food and pizzeria next to it. The minimart has what you need for travel needs and when I visited restrooms was not in order. The service is fast and overall well maintained minimart.

Probably the worst Turkey Hill around. The bathroom is out of service and they don't sell pizza here.

The employees in this store make me feel extremely uncomfortable. They always have some comments to make about how I look so tired or why I'm not smiling and honestly it's just super bizarre. This happens every single time I visit this location. I'm just at a loss as to why they can't ring me up like normal people because this doesn't happen to me anywhere else. After today, I am never stepping foot into this location again. I'll take my business elsewhere to respectable establishments that hire employees who handle their customers with a professional manner and don't make constant, creepy and unnecessary remarks.

I love turkey hill , however this one has some guy who works in the afternoons and evenings who thinks he is a stand up comedian. His job in his mind is to make jokes with every customer. While doing this, this clown makes everyone feel uncomfortable. Would be nice to just go to a gas station , pay for my items and leave. This guy is so annoying my girlfriend and I actively avoid him when he works. Kind of annoying being a Hershey resident that a turkey hill nearby acts this way.

My wife stopped here one morning and went inside to pay for gas. It was a busy morning. There was a male employee talking. She finally was rang up. Went outside to pump and nothing happened. She went back inside. The line even longer now, waited even though she was likely to be late for work now. The guy talks to everybody and she got up to him again. He instantly looked annoyed. She told him nothing was working at the pump. That The numbers didn’t reset. This guy with a snarky attitude, says in frustration “LOOK, YOU PULL THE PUMP OFF AND SELECT THE GRADE YOU WANT AND THEN PUT IT IN YOUR TANK AND SQUEEZE, it’s not that hard”… awkward silence emerged obviously.. she watched him press a few buttons.. went outside and was able to finally get gas… but that clearly shows that not only should he be trained on how to talk to people, but that he was the one that had the error/ mistake and didn’t apologize or own up to it even after yelling at her.

I don’t know if this was race thing or not.. I don’t know why any customer period should ever be talked to like that. Definitely never going there again.
