Patrick and Hunter were amazing throughout my entire experience at their store location. When I went in, there seemed to be customers that were particularly hostile and difficult, to which I witnessed Hunter handle the situation with complete compassion, respect, and professionalism. The customers were so disruptive I felt terrible for these employees, but can say that they did everything they could to help them! I had a wonderful experience working with Patrick, who completely saved me after my phone decided to spontaneously combust. He was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process of getting me set up with a new phone and trading in my old one! I have never had a better customer experience than the one I did with Patrick and Hunter and this Verizon location!

Mike helped us at the hummelstown store. This store and the associates are amazing. They are very helpful and fix any issue. Mike gave us great service and even recommended some changes to help us with a hotspot.

I was in Hershey for the RV show and on our first morning we had major technical issues with our internet server - our entire company was unable to use any computer equipment. We finally brought our device into the Verizon store and worked with Mike Wenrich, the store manager. HE WAS PHENOMINAL! He went above and beyond to help us and get us back up and working - and the fact that he was not actually making money and was kept from helping other customers who could have made him money. He was super nice and knew what he was talking about even though it wasn't a phone issue. I am so impressed and so thankful that he had us up and running in no time, especially considering this is one of our busiest weeks of the year as a small business! Thanks Mike!!

My sons sim card stopped working. It was nice being able to stop into this store because we are 6hrs out of town. Staff was super helpful and got us a new SIM card and was on our way. Wish I would have got the name of the nice gentleman. Very good experience.
