AT&T Store

Dawson and chandler is a huge asset to this store much needed refresh after my last visit.

Jacob was our rep. He greeted us at the door. Was very informative. Checked everything on our account, to make sure we were getting the best deals and service.

Kerry was very knowledgeable and helpful during my initial consultation and returned my phone call the same day. I ended up dealing with Chandler Gibson for the actual upgrade on 2 phones. He was the only employee in the store and pressure was mounting as more and more customers came in. Chandler was calm, courteous, and handled the pressure well. He was excellent at multi-tasking and helping several customers at once. He was very knowledgeable about the products and how they work.

Destiny helped me walk through the process and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated the great customer service.

Keri was so helpful for my husbands frustrating situation with his phone suddenly not working. He directed us to the right place when he was unable to get us a new phone. Got a new phone that night at a different AT&T store. Kind and knowledgeable.

Christopher was an excellent sales representative that took care of what I needed regarding upgrading my phone & adding another line in a very professional, informative, and efficient manner. He made the entire experience pleasant.

The service was excellent at this store. Mackenzie the store manager couldn’t have been nicer and very knowledgeable about what I needed for a new phone.
She was patience with a old novice like me! She explained everything to me and was honest and very kind. Her assistant Noah was also very helpful to me.

I went to AT&T to buy a new phone recently. The technicians at this store were wonderful! They were so patient, not only with me , but with the other customers who came into the store. Also, several calls came while I was there and they were very courteous with them, too. They answered my questions with explanations I could understand. Thanks to Dillon and the other guys!

I have been dealing with Chris for years. He has taken care of me and my family with any and all issues that we have had. He is very knowledgeable about the product and services that he sells. Highly recommend him and this store.

From Start to Finish Mackenzie has been AMAZING to say the least. She was very knowledgable in the products I was interested in and much more! I received the best value available and am very pleased! Such a wonderful personality and very patient and helpful. I walked out with much more than I went in for :) all for practically the same monthly price of which I am currently paying. I would highly recommend AT&T (Hershey) to anyone who wants a great deal with smile on both ends

Worked with Dillon to set up a first net line and another unlimited line as transfers over from T-Mobile and he made the whole experience a pleasant one. He was able to help us trade in our phones an upgrade as well!!

I got there when the store was closing. Usually most people would have turned me away but Chris welcomed me and helped me with an issue. He took as long as it needed to get a solution to my problem. He was very nice. He was also very funny and had me dying laughing with his impressions! Great experience and I highly recommend him and this store!

Chris is very well-versed in all things ATT - I found discounts I didn’t know I had. Please come in and let them help you with all your phone needs. He is very patient, kind, and friendly even though he was here alone! Great customer service!!

I went a couple weeks ago with my grandfather to get a new phone, an the staff was so helpful and personable. The girl who helped me (I feel bad I cant remember her name) let me know the deals I could get with the least amount of money and in no way tried to scam or pressure me into buying something I did not need. While waiting for everything to download we talked about TV shows and much more and they were so sweet, I would 100% recommend going here over the Apple Store or Best Buy, no wait.

Went in Thursday March 18th 2021 to trade in my old phone for the Samsung A21 promotion they were having. Dakota was the only sales associate working that day and was with a customer when I got there. She is very attentive and thorough with what she does. My phone was taking extremely long to transfer everything to the new and explained what I needed to do at home and to just factory reset it and bring it back to make sure I get the credit for it. Took it back today and she again helped me and made sure everything was good with my account before I left. Clean store and very welcoming.

Awesome help from Chris today 😊 He went above and beyond helping us with updating our account and getting new phones! Never expected such an easy and fun experience. We will be staying with att because of his customer service...highly recommend you ask for him!!!
