They were very professional and courteous, they understood what my situation was and gave me the information I needed to remedy my situation. Nobody likes being in this predicament but thing happen and I was happy the way it was handled on their end.

Destroyed my lawn in the attempts of making a Voluntary recovery for a vehicle that Belong to my deceased Father lwho was in the Is united states marines for over five years. Ended up bearing himself so dhe had to call another company to pull him out. Driver was mad at me because I would not allow him to use any of My property to get him out. We did not invite this person to our residents.

Only giving 1 star because I can't give ZERO.

I wanted so badly to be the person who gave them a good review, unfortunately that's not happening.

I called less than 20 minutes after they took my car, no answer as expected as it was nearly 1130pm. I did leave a message requesting a call in the morning.

In the morning, less than one hour after speaking with my bank, I did everything needed to get my car, all i had to do now was deal with PFA .

It was now 11am and there was no call back, so I called back multiple times and left messages on multiple extensions as nobody is ever at their desk or answering phones.

I had to go online to "request" an appt. Website said the 1st available was the next day at noon.

The person who reached out to me via text said someone would be in contact with me and that my fees would be $245 CASH ONLY, and exact amount needed as the lot guy doesn't carry change....🤔 $95 for my vehicle redemption
$50 for my personal belongings
$50 storage fee per day x2 days.

I requested to speak with someone and the woman who was texting me said I could call, so I did. I had a bunch of questions and was definitely annoying because I was clueless, but her job is to answer my questions and help me understand what I did no understand.
She did not, she was rude and belittling.
She also told me I shouldn't leave personal belongings in my car 😱🙄

Why did I have to pay to get my belongings when I was getting my entire vehicle?
How did you "inventory" my personal property when I had my keys? (They apparently can get in your car without your key, I did not know this)
Why is the website so vague as to locations (btw, the location my car was at was FIVE minutes from my house)
Why did I have to pay a storage fee for 2 days when my car was only on their lot for just over 15 hours, and only that long because they gave me the run around.

The lot guy was able to get me in at 2pm the day of my request. He was also rude.
He sat in his truck with it running, with ear buds in, and staring at his phone thr entire time.
I informed him I was hard of hearing and couldn't hear him.over his trucks idle (him looking down and speaking low didn't help either)
I was able to get the $50 personal belongings fee dropped and asked about the $100 storage fee since my car wasn't even there a full day. He said because my vehicle arrived BEFORE MIDNIGHT the night prior it was counted as one day, my my vehicle was on their lot at most 30 minutes the night before like I said it was almost 1130pm when they took my car, that's a scummy move.

Their overall goal is to kick you when your already down apparently.

They have piss poor attitudes and customer service sucks. There is no communication and lack personal skills.

I truly was nice to everyone I spoke to as this situation was nobody's fault but my own, andeveryone else was just doing their jobs.

I have since reached out to the bank, and suggested they look into another company to handle these situations as this company is terrible and just wants to take advantage of people.

Called to get our car after it was released from the bank, they never answered the phone and we got a recording they were on lunch, we called back 20 minutes after that and they were suddenly closed and would be closed for the next 3-4 days. Horrible company and should be sued.

I have been in contact with them since yesterday over a misunderstanding. Lynn, promised to call me back and never did. The bank has released my vehicle, just waiting for Premier to relay it to the people who have my car. Now it’s Saturday, they are closed, and I have to pay a storage fee for 3 additional days. I am NOT happy. 24/7 agents is a total lie. Absolute joke of a company. It’s next to impossible to get ahold of anyone.

They gave me an empty key fob. No battery. Uncut for $275. They told me to contact the bank they charged the $275 because that was what they were giving me for the $275. That call it a "CUT KEY" I bet if their records were investigated... There's probably a ton of other people who've been charged for something they didn't do. So WHO'S POCKET IS THE MONEY GOING INTO. They are literally robbing the banks & their customers.

Got a huge nail stuck in my brand new tires. Nobody emailed me back. No call number to get a real person to talk to me.

This company will purposely hold your vehicle hostage to accrue additional fees even after you satisfy your payment obligation. The creditor Ally Financial uses this company. Be wary of the tactics used.
