Although no one wants to have to deal with customer service, I have nothing but the highest praise for Jacob and his team. He resolved issues with our latest order above and beyond what I could’ve expected. With today’s online retail sales so competitive, it is customer service like this that will keep me dealing with CJ‘s Pony Parts exclusively.

What to share how great the part worked and how helpful the customer service was. I purchased door lock actuators and had a small issue with one. They went over and beyond to remedy the issue. Not the first purchase from them and won’t be the last.

I was placing an online order when I noticed they give military discount. I used the verified software they requested to show I was military. When I couldn’t get the discount to work I made a phone call and Karvon Ripa answered. He was very professional, added all of my 12 parts into his own web portal and then proceeded to verify prices were correct for each part. He placed the order for me with the military discount. I will be back to do business with them again!

I’ve order from this place a couple times and it has been a pleasure. Everything comes exactly as advertised. It doesn’t usually take long to arrive which is a big plus! But this past time I ordered a torque box I payed extra for faster shipping. Sadly it was delayed well I contacted customer support and was helped by an awesome crew member Alondra Salas and was issued a refund for the shipping I paid. Fantastic customer service and great products!

I have spent between 20 and 25k on buying parts at CJ and am satisfied. I want to acknowledge Shanna McNay, Jacob Jankowsky, and Clifford Campbell for their fantastic customer service. They have helped me build my 68 Mustang with parts from CJ every step of the way. They may not remember me, but I do, from the dumbest mistake I make when ordering to helping me find something and fix an order. It's because of them I keep coming back. The only downside is that CJ does not sell parts for a 1966 Tbird, but that's on me. Thanks guys.

Great place for Mustang Pony or Cobra parts. We have used them several times over the years for updates on our Antique Mustang Cobra. Very cordial front desk help.

I had issues getting into my account online many, many times in a row. I finally tried an online chat with the "AI bot" - which was no help at all. But then, Jacob got on the chat. He had me on my account in no time! After that, I had an issue with items that the website said had been delivered, but I had not received. Jacob explained to me that he would have to contact the manufacturer as the items had been dropshipped directly from them, and that he would email me within about 48 hours with the answer. It was really refreshing to chat with someone in Customer Service who knows their job and can truly help a customer!! Great Job Jacob!!

Placed an order for a hat from them. Everything went nice and smooth from the online ordering, follow-up E-mail, to recieving, and the quality of the hat. I seen some of the recent reviews about the ordering process. I had no issues at all! Will continue business with then in the future!

We stopped in to get parts for our 63 1/2 Galaxie 500. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting us what we were looking for.

Just happened to be in Annapolis to see my midshipman after the Army-Navy game. Drove an extra hour out of my way back to Michigan and stopped in Harrisburg PA to CJ Pony for '68 Mustang sheet metal and parts. Great stop and excellent staff...trip saved me over $200 in freight fees. Worth the stop if you have the opportunity.

Had an issue with shipping when ordering an exhaust. Their customer service was top notch and immediately reached out to me to resolve. Barbara was great!!

I found a set of wheel spacers that I needed ASAP. CJ Pony Parts has a great price for the set and also had overnight shipping to the Midwest at a very reasonable cost. Parts came the next day as promised and for great! Have been a customer for a long time and will continue to be a life long customer.

I ordered a 99/2000 Mustang Cobra bumper cover and unfortunately it was slightly damaged during shipping. I called to report the damage and was eventually put in contact with Jacob Jankowski. He was very helpful and instructed me to take multiple pictures of the package and the scratches and gouges on the bumper cover. Also, because the part was special order and not in stock, made the suggestion to have a estimate on repairing it. I did so and CJ Pony Parts, is crediting my account for the repair costs. This was an acceptable resolution to an unfortunate situation and CJ'S customer service was understanding and helpful on every level.

Fast delivery perfect fit for 25mm spacers. Wider is better

CJ Pony parts has been my go to since I bought my first mustang a year ago. They have had everything I wanted, and shipping was super fast. We had ordered wheels and tires, received an email saying they were back ordered (which we were aware of). We ended up receiving them 5 days after we ordered, it was like a Christmas surprise. Great company, will continue to order through them in the future.

I chatted with Service Rep, Amy, on 1/20/21 to add a small part to my recent unshipped order of parts. Doing so would save me separate shipping charges for a separate new order. I live in Alaska, so shipping charges are significant. Amy quickly and competently added a chrome thermostat housing to my existing unshipped order. I have owned my 1966 Mustang for 41 years and during that time have ordered countless parts for it from CJ Pony Parts and have always been satisfied with their quality and prices. Thanks for your help, Amy!!!

I have been restoring a 50 year old car and seems everything that will go wrong has... I have done a resto mod on a 65 couple. I drove it to Texas and the Cool Carbon fiber headliner came apart. I was frustrated thinking the Upholstery guy didn't put enough glue on it. He showed me that it wasn't his fault but the manufacture had issues with the adhesive holding. I called CJ pony parts were I bought everything for the rebuild. KEVIN!! picked up the phone and said no problem were here to take care of you, let me get in touch with the manufacture and see if they can send you a replacement. A week later the top is being shipped from their CJ pony parts warehouse from Vegas to NM. WHAATTTT!!!!! The rebuild has been coming slow and when we installed the carbon fiber top, that was over 3 years ago. I will never buy a part from another company. The customer service that Kevin did for me was on point. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We purchased a 1968 Mustang coupe recently that was almost done with its restoration. The restoration shop is almost done with their part on the big stuff but I get to add the whipped cream and sprinkles to finish it up. I found a gold mine at CJ Pony Parts with thousands of parts for our Mustang.

I've purchased 38 items so far and they have been exactly what I wanted. I loaded a bunch of the stuff on my wish list and then today CJ Pony had a 20% off sale so with a few mouse clicks I sent the stuff to my cart and saved over a hundred bucks.

Their customer service has been friendly and first rate.

CJ Pony parts was the easiest site for me to pick out my wheel and tire package. Just make sure your item isn’t back ordered. Small issue upon delivery was my wheel weights came off the rims and tires were installed on the wrong side but Rebecca from CJ pony parts reimbursed the cost of me taking care of this locally. She was very professional and helpful throughout our chats. Will definitely be ordering from CJ again. Rims and tires look amazing!!

I'm conflicted on this one.... I'll start with Pros....
They were very communicative about my order, the backorder updates, shipping notifications, etc. I ordered custom tires and rims for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator.

Now cons....
Two of the four bolt plate covers for the rims were broken. The truck driver said he had an issue and something fell. He SAID it had nothing to do with our order. I contacted CJ Pony Parts to report and request 2 more plates. That was January 6th.... it's now the 18th. The rep from CJ pony parts says he's reached out to the vendor for help on this. I checked in last week and he said there's no update. I checked in again this week and told him I need him to escalate the issue for me. I feel like... after almost 2 weeks, I should AT LEAST have an answer as to whether they are going to make this right or not.

I really just need to know if I will go back to CJ Pony Parts! If they resolve their issues... I will. If they leave me to replace these plates myself... absolutely not.

So moral would be.... proceed with caution.

Update- within 2 hours of writing this post, I received am email saying I will be receiving the parts from vendor asap. I will change the review again if I get them. Thank you!sat?
