Excellent experience from first placing my order with Carol to the install with Mike and his son. This flagpole was a surprise for my husband and they were able to install it while he was away. American made product is the first reason I went to Tyndale for my flag pole. Was super happy to learn how friendly and down to earth these people are. Great flag service. The staff is helpful and friendly. We purchased a 20-ft aluminum flag pole from them several years ago. Their worker dug a hole and installed the base with concrete. He returned a day or two later and put up the pole with its hardware and rope. We added American and Irish flags. We just put up our second replacement set of flags. They look great. The shop sells a wide variety of flags. We highly recommend them for all of your flag needs.

Unbelievable how bad the customer service experience was for me on this flag pole project. Three weeks gone by to finally aquire price, then find out my order is a joke. Carol laughed at me when I ask when It could be installed. Buyer be aware...worse customer service experience ever. Mike seems like he cares.
