Yes, they could find a way to reduce wait times. I've been there many times and have had wait times varying from just a couple minutes to over an hour. However, to those reading these reviews as a consideration for making an appointment let me just say this:. I don't care how long the wait is, I wouldn't trust any other doctor(s) for my eye Care. If you need to see an opthalmologist, you have more going on than blurry vision and needing glasses. Dr. Rosenwasser is the best in the area. If you are experiencing long wait times at your appt, be patient, and take solace in the fact that you are waiting for world class eye Care

Interesting reports from yesterday, I was there as well in the morning for a 1030 appt we made on the same day due to an eye issue. We had little to no wait for my son to be seen. Entire staff, everyone right up to and including the doctor were welcoming and awesome. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Rosenwasser is the best cornea guy around. He saved my eyes from the brink of cornea transplant several years ago, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye health. The staff members are friendly and helpful, as well.

My first visit gets them 5 stars. They couldn't have been more pleasant and welcoming. Very thorough, wasn't rushed in and out like some offices can. They made me feel like a patient, not just a consumer. Highly reccomend.

Dr Rosenwasser is an outstanding surgeon so I absolutely recommend him for cornea transplant surgery. I am very pleased with the triple procedure he did for my Fuch's and cataracts. I downgrade the practice because the staff and Dr. Rosenwasser did not adequately educate me regarding the expected course of recovery, the possible complications and the treatments available for them. I understood the surgery itself and can't say enough good things about the Susquehanna Surgery Center. The actual follow up for my surgery was very good with Dr Rosenwasser giving me his personal cell number and answering it himself and a knowledgeable and helpful staff who give priority to transplant patients. It's just that I could have avoided some of the calls and visits during the months after my surgery if I had understood the healing process going into the surgery.

HORRIBLE! As many have already stated, while the staff may be pleasant and polite. The management and wait time of patients is horrible! May even say the worst run office I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting.
I was referred from another eye institute and waited no less than 90 min after my appointment time ,first visit, before being seen. They only saw me then because I asked for a new appointment time to come back!
Bad day you say , right?
Well, Came back on second , follow up, visit and waited 60 min after appointment time before I asked for a new appointment!
This office has no idea how to schedule and manage patients... avoid it!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Though the doctors may be great, the wait time is horrible. 2 days in a row our child had to come here. Day 1 he was here for 3 hours waiting. Day 2 , have a 9:50 appointment, it is almost noontime and we still have not seen a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous.
