Great staff, pleasant ever time I come in. The store is always kept clean and stocked well. They also carry a good deal of off the wall brands like Jones soda, and Dad's Rootbeer. I have never had any issues with their soda fountain or slurpee machine. All in all, great place.

Caleb and Braya are wonderful people to deal with day in day out as are Chelsea and Randy also. The employees are really efficient and friendly.

Well run store w some of the most competent workers especially in 2021

They have quite a bit of items here but the outside is a little dirty and unorganized.

2 soap pumps in the bathroom none are working and their hand sanitizer is bone dry, the urinal doesn't flush. Poor maintenance reflects bad business practices.

Just another bad experience at our local 7-eleven.bought some motor oil and went to the counter to pay. There were two clerks in the store; one was counting cigarettes and another was cleaning. Stood there for awhile but no one paid attention.... Said hello, but no one acknowledged my presence.... Finally, I asked for help and the lady counting cigarettes, obviously irritated, said she was coming.
Suggestion: if you see someone at the counter waiting at least acknowledge their presence; otherwise the customer thinks no one knows they're in the store. "I'll be right there" would have gone a long way to alleviate the frustration.
Another suggestion: teach the clerks that assisting customers and selling products takes priority over counting, cleaning, and stocking.

If I ask for a specific type of cigarettes and I'm in there for them regularly.. explain why the cashier asks me if regular or 100s really matter! Yes theres a difference thank you I can stop right across the street to sunoco from now on!!

In my opinion the only reason to go to 711 is slurpies. Every slurpie/ soda machine was out of order. I asked when they thought they'd be fixed since I live nearby. No answer. I'll assume never.

You got rid of the diet mountain dew from the fountain drink selection. Now I will buy it somewhere else
