Candlewood Suites Erie, an IHG Hotel

Beds are clean also a recliner. pool is kind of smaller but clean! Breakfast was perfect!
The kitchenette is relatively new even has a dishwasher.

Love the rooms, the kitchenette area is super convenient, cuz I seriously hate eating pizza in a hotel room sitting on the bright white sheets acting like I'm not going to eventually - A) drop some sort of sauce all over the sheets then make it worse by half-hazardly trying to clean it up or B) use the sheets as a napkin and slather my saucy hands all over them after getting aggravated at finding no paper towels and finding none came with the pizza itself. Btw there is also paper towels on a holder thing above the kitchen sink and another roll under it. Love this hotel for extended stays. Only downside is the location of the Erie one because there's one way in and out of the parking lot and it's off of Interchange which is a one way, kinda sucks. Poor layout and planning on someone's behalf. Unless you have a jacked up truck and say eff it and go up the steep grassy knoll (where the second gunman was ) on the west side. Oh..... And they're pet friendly!

The customer service was very good Rebecca at the front desk help me a lot with everything I need and made sure that I was okay with everything. Yes I will be back to stay and to see Rebecca again.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We were greeted every time we entered and we came and went a lot.

Clean beautiful room. The staff is friendly and want to help with anything you need. I asked for extra soap, more coffee as we were only given decaf, and they switched out a broken chair. I would stay here again because the location is excellent with many restaurants, coffee shops and discount stores nearby.

My family and I stayed here while I was attending a training for work. The whole hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. Staff was wonderful. My son got sick on our last day, and the general manager, Dawn, was very understanding and accommodating with check out time.

It was a great 2 night stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was great, good view. Will definitely stay there again.

I have been staying here for two months while on a travel nurse contract and would recommend to any family and friends. The rooms are nice and spacious with full size fridge. The staff is also amazing and never fail to help with any concerns!

I said here recently and it was absolutely AMAZING! The customer service was top notch and Dawn was fantastic throughout our stay. She recommended great restaurants and even gave us directions to Presque Isle (which is what we came for!)
This hotel has an amazing staff and there is no where else you should stay when visiting Erie, PA!

Stayed 2 nights. It was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Just bring your own food. There is a full size refrigerator.

I spent a whole week there. It was great. The inside pool was warm. The laundry is free. Everything is so clean and neat. I am now addicted to their unlimited coffee. The service was awesome. I honestly didn't even want to leave.

Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room had it's own little kitchen setup and the bathroom was absolutely enormous. It even had a walk in shower! It was like a REALLY nice apartment. Definately recommended.

The rooms are very clean, accommodating and up-to-date! The location is wonderful! What really set this place apart was the front desk staff. The guy working went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend Candlewood Inn and Suites to any Traveler

Very comfortable room, left my bag there by accident and the staff was very helpful and showed me how to have my items shipped back to me.

My brother and I have stayed at this location over the weekend and I have to say it was a very good experience...the rooms were very clean , the staff was very attentive and friendly, very quiet for a very nice sleep. The location is also in a good shopping area plenty of shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this location to all our friends and family and to anyone looking to have a nice stay at Candlewood Suites Erie .

I loved how the hotel was so close to the mall, restaurants and the beach. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, living room area, bedroom, large flat screen TV and a nice sized bathroom. The employees were very helpful and always had a smile. There was also a fitness room, pool room and a mini "grocery store" inside the building.

We're victims of a fire and needed lodging for 2 ppl and 2 pets... Fantastic staff couldn't be more helpful. The business center allowed me to get legal papers copied and faxed. As well as the free laundry room and well equiped fitness center and the kids love the decent sized indoor pool!

The room was very spacious. I loved how it looked really clean. The stove came in handy for meals and of course the beds were extremely comfortable. The service was amazing! Highly recommended.

The Hotel Lobby was very nice & clean. We were greeted by Matt who was very friendly & helpful as well as the other staff. We had 2 rooms both emaculate.Definately would recommend & staying there again..

Was not what I was expecting!
The rooms are super clean, also the room seems to be updated with the latest and the greatest technology the kitchen that was awesome full-size refrigerator bathroom spacious lots of counter space I would recommend. Great location
