Giant Eagle Supermarket

Alan the team leader blew up balloons for me in the floral department when it was closed it was small to him but meant so much to me. My dad had just had a stroke and I was running late to my stepson birthday dinner. It might of been small to him but his humility meant so much to me ❤

Good choice on produce and bakery items. Found things here that I haven't seen in Buffalo.

They've got this neat scan system now. Like living in the future. I felt unprepared and scared of the future so I didn't use it, but I (like most people) am intrigued by more ways to limit my interactions with others.

They also have Fresca in little pop bottles instead of having to always get a 2 liter.

Because I loved to see so many low priced deals!! It was a great experience this shopping trip.. amazing deals ..not the usual.

Went in to buy ham, sold out but they gave me a better ham to replace it

Great grocery store. Prices are clearly marked as are the aisles. Very clean. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

First time I've been to this location and it absolutely stunned me. It was awesome in every way. Very clean, well stocked. I found items there I have never seen at other stores before. The aisles were very wide and easy to navigate in my wheelchair, which other stores don't seem to do. All told, a very pleasant shopping trip. I will probably make the 10 mile journey to continue to shop at this store

The new self scan shopping system is pretty good. Scan your card, get it scanner. We set up a couple of bags in the cart. Pick up an item, scan it and place it in the bag. Only issue that I have is the produce. Can't always get the scale to work properly.
When you are done go to the self checkout, scan the screen, and pay. Plenty of scanner checkouts so no wait. Faster and easier than standing in line.

Clean store, good selections. Decent prices if you shop deals and use online coupons. Easy and fast curbside pick up. My go to store when visiting the area.

I have to say the Erie Giant Eagle is spectacular!! The employees are kind, courteous and respectful! THEIR prices are eh not bad if you really look and not rush to shop! Overall I can't say anything BAD about this location... Top notch thanks 👍

I absolutely love the design of this store, this reminds me of stores in Pittsburgh and other larger cities. The signage has a more modern touch, warm and inviting. Produce and meats are well stocked and priced comparable to other stores. A nice emphasis on local produced foods, wonderful place to shop!🤗

Nice clean store. Very well stocked, able to find everything I needed quickly and easily. Produce looked fresh and found snacks for my kids I have trouble finding at my local giant eagle stores. Was nice to shop here on vacation.

Everyone that works here is a totally awesome human being. They are all so kind and helpful and humble. The store is no frills and easy to get around.

I gave it 5 start I love giant eagle and my mom love shopping 🛒 there. But after all they don't have the bags Anymore which is ridiculous how they took the bags away and put brown bags 10$ Each which we never have to buy bags for our shopping and now they want us to pay for a horrible bags. I understand Aldi, price rite, and other ship store they does that. But Giant Eagle they Too Expensive selling food And Now All Sudden They took The Blue Bags Away And Making us Pay for The Brown bags Really That's Ridiculous I never See Something like This Before in my life.. And Also the Very Old Lady The Cashier she was like racist and she was talking to another worker stuff which I never seen something like this very rude the cashier They Should Fire Her If She Can't Handle People giving her complain by the way she look like a witch

This Giant Eagle is a modern shopping market with a particularly nice splash of architectural creativity. The store is stocked with a wide-range of products and utilizes an unconventional but efficient method of queuing to check-out. There is ample parking space.

Best cake in town for my two year old sons birthday I never go any where else love you giant Eagle bakery you get it right every time!!!!!

My family loves this place. Easy to get in and out of. Has a mixer feel to it but still a friendly store. I like the smaller footprint, don't feel 'lost' like I do in some other nearby stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were in comparison to the other stores, some things cost more, others cost less. I admit not thrilled with the checkout but there's nothing really wrong with it, just different from other stores. It's easy to see they have it set up to try and help you get through the lines quicker. LOVE the location, I can get things done at the mall, stop in to grab what I need after.

Stopped to Giant Eagle South last night after 10 pm. I was nicely greeted by two employees. They were genuinely pleasant. The store was very clean with plenty of good looking produce and baked goods. A real surprise. In addition I was still able to find various weekly specials that ended at midnight, another surprise. The meat selection was excellent too. Hard to believe that I could shop this late at night and get my groceries as fresh as if I were shopping at 10 a.m. When I went to the cash out, I was again courteously greeted by a very efficient cashier. Hmmm, the total experience was a "10". Giant Eagle South gets special accolades and my thanks for a great shopping experience.
