The staff were very friendly.
The store was clean.

Clean store, friendly staff, and a wonderful selection of soaps, lotions, and all things that smell good! I used my 20% off coupon that came in the mail to score some hand soap on sale and just enjoyed myself smelling everything in the entire store. Not crowded at all on a late Sunday afternoon and did not have to wait in line to go in so that was an added bonus to allow more time to shop other stores.

I had a coupon for a free body lotion and they gave it me without hassling me to buy anything else... although the sales people were really pushing mother's day gifts and asking each customer "who are you shopping for today?". I'm glad that I was not asked this! I normally would never shop here but the deals seem pretty good and the candles look nice. I might actually stop here again!

Staff were great. The fragrance I was looking for is no longer available so the associate suggested two other very similar ones. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products. I will warn, it usually is a mad house if you try to go there on a weekend or during a big sale. Always look for coupons before you go.

I absolutely love this store. They always have great deals! The employees are always kind, and very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience.

Staff prepared to handle customers responsibly during the pandemic. Greeting at the entrance with disposable store bags to shop with, they creatively attempted to have less merchandise handles and put back onto the shelves. Before entering the store we were all offered samples of their vast variety of awesomely scented hand sanitizer.

Great sales. Spent 94 bucks and after coupons it was 54 dollars.. The sales lady assisted me for a scent I was looking for.. Great store. Clean. Some candles were pricey unless you had a coupon

Love this store! Went for 1/2 price sale on hand soap. They have best smelling candles. The 3 wicks are better than yankee candle & cheaper.

Brenna, the sales associate that greeted us, was awesome! She made our shopping experience worth the 45 minute trip from Ashtabula! The store was very neat and organized and the shelves were stocked full!

I found everything pretty easily heard her some great sales going on specially will I was there after day after Christmas so they have some great sales I was most definitely satisfied with everything in dim hard-working ladies they deserve a raise because they were doing their thing there were absolutely on their game 100%

I love Bath and Body Works, I could shop here everyday, they have an amazing selection of body care products for everyone.
