La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Erie

There was 4 of us, and we had a 2 nights to enjoy in Erie, we stayed here and everyone was very nice and courteous. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed. The pool was really nice, my kids loved it. There's a few fast food restaurants close by as well as a truck station with stuff geared for truckers/RVs. The prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend, it was perfect for all what we needed.

Quiet clean hotel next to the highway. Convenient and located right next to a gas station. It is under renovations and somethings are slightly dated. It is still a comfortable place to rest while traveling.

I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel and pool were very clean. The staff were very friendly. They offered a full variety of breakfast. The only thing was their tables were to close to one another, but a staff person did say that the breakfast area will be remodeled soon. It was a convenient location close enough to Peach St., yet far enough away for a quieter stay. Closer to the casino if you like to gamble.
Our room was clean and comfortable.

We get a jacuzzi suite a few times a year for a weekend to relax and just take a break from it all. We found our "spot" finally after some disappointing rooms. Recently we were extremely pleased. This time we are mostly pleased. Lots of little things have changed and not for the better, especially considering the cost of a jacuzzi suite. Previously we had name brand shampoos and conditioners in our room, real fruit juice yogurt fruits & hard boiled eggs at breakfast, now it's some off brand shampoos & no soap, no more yogurt or hard boiled eggs it's fake fruit flavored drinks and only oranges for breakfast. This is in addition to the egg crumbles and sausage or biscuits and gravy depending on the day. The refrigerator did eventually get cold, but we bring a cooler either way. The room also took all evening to get to 60 (we like it cool). Even with all of this there are more important things. The staff, always kind, accommodating and down to earth, and professional. This is a big one! I offered the young man at the desk a "slammer" 🍻 and he very politely declined. Housekeeping respected out do not disturb sign 😁 Another guest forgot his razor, and they had a complimentary one at the ready. We always ask for extra towels and they have them, no problem. The jacuzzi always works and anything we bring to their attention the staff does their best to accommodate. They keep coffee 24hrs in the lobby as well. Unlike other places we've been they have 2 carts so there is usually one available for our stuff. The ice machine always works as does the microwave. Overall, this is the best place we've stayed in the last 3 years we've been together 😁

We didnt stay here however I want to share my experience with the sweet young lady at the concierge. We were travelling from Canada driving to Ohio when our car broke down on the highway around midnight. We took this exit and our car was towed. As we waited for around 40 mins for our ride to arrive, we were seeking shelter so our children could keep warm. After being told by the red roof inn across the stret that we either had to pay for a room or leave, we walked to this location and asked if we could wait in the foyer (not lobby) as we had kids with us.The young lady at the concierge was super sweet and very hospitable. She let us wait in the lobby and offered us refreshments. I regret not getting her name as Im leaving this review now. She is from west virginia though and I want the management to know how exceptionally hospitable and sweet she was. Thank you so much for helping us get through a rough night!

Was amazing! Nice & peaceful! Even had a fridge so we could have cold drinks. The jacuzzi was the best part of our night! It was well needed! Very clean!

I called ahead last minute to find a room and was accomodated with a great price and friendliness. My name was remembered when I arrived and I felt secure in my surroundings. I was treated like a friend and was pleasantly suprised to see my room was very clean and had every amenity I would need.

Everyone at the hotel was both friendly and helpful. The manager allowed a late check out, they also helped with directions. We were tired after our drive and were able to order in food that was actually good. They had a full breakfast in the morning that not only included waffles but also cheese omelets and sausage. There was a variety of cereal, both hot and cold. Would stay there again anytime.

Ed at the front desk and the rest of the staff made the stay with the family an excellent one. The hotel was fully booked this weekend but you wouldn't notice it. We had hours in the pool alone. Breakfast had a decent amount of options. Many of the big chain restaurants are a 3 minute drive. I'd stay again. Great value.

Staff was very nice and room was clean. We stayed here as a stop on our travels, so only one night. The staff put our room close to one of the side doors which was awesome because I had my pupper with me. Also, we arrived as it was snowing, by the time we left in the morning the parking lot was plowed and sidewalks were cleared.

The hotel enabled us to check in early, at no extra charge.
The rooms were large, modern and clean.
On the down side there were only two luggage carriers for the whole hotel.
Breakfast was free, however, the only really good foods were breads, bagels, cereal and fruit.
Although there was a big demand for the waffles, they turned out no to be very good.
All in all because they had an indoor pool the grand kids had a time. 4 stars!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. A great price point for what they offer. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Location was convenient, many shops, restaurants, and the casino were within a few minutes. Lake Erie was only about a 10 to 15 minute drive away. The staff were all very polite and accommodating and even offered up suggestions of good places to eat, Sarah's Diner being one of them, which was delicious, fun, and affordable.

Get the Jacuzzi suite!!!!!
Weekend rate was only $116; and we were straight across from the pool and gym!
Best money I've spent in a long time! The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices; and they were more than happy to let our fur babies stay too!
Couldn't ask for better!

I was quite pleased with our stay at LA Quinta Inn Erie. The room was very nice. I was very pleasantly surprised with the upgrade in the barh. It had a walk in shower with a glass door as well as a granite counter. The beds were very comfortable. And the art work was up to date. I was also impressed with the service. All in all we will definitely stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay, in the king suite, with a jet tub. We have been here several times before, and this visit was as nice as all the rest. The hotel staff is very attentive, their amenities are nice, and the breakfast buffet is well above par.

My family and I have stayed there every time we go to Erie for the past three or four years. It has been amazing every time. We have a dog so we are able to bring him along and they do not charge a pet fee! Continental breakfast is awesome and they keep up with the refills until breakfast time is over. Last year when we were there they were even in the process of changing out the old beds and putting in new ones, luckily our bed was brand new and we were the first people to sleep on them! Even though it is by I-90 we could not hear any traffic except for the occasional semi. Would definitely recommend it to a family or friend!

Great hotel. Beds were comfortable, rooms are big. We stayed on the third floor. Pool, fitness center and breakfast are closed, because of Covid19. They tell you that when you check in and it's on their website. Conveniently located off of I-90. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at hotel after day of shopping. It was a pleasant experience. Very clean and staff was friendly. Took time to relax in the pool, area was very clean and pool was reasonable size. Breakfast was awesome. Definitely would stay at a later quinta inn again.

The location was very convenient to I90, and the hotel staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and looked to have been recently updated. The walkin shower was a huge plus, after having spent so much time in the car!

My stay was great. Staff extremely friendly I can't remember the young Man's name but he worked a double but he was awesome. He had breakfast ready for all the visitors on time if not earlier. That kid should get a raise!..I mean a good one that's how good he was.
