Wow i would have to say i was very exceptionally impressed although it's small Pilot as usual this place was Super clean store,outside,showers and restrooms but of course dirty driver threw his trash out and employee was sweeping, there's garbage bins every where..!!!

Absolutely great stop. The bathrooms were spotless. The Jumbo cheeseburger dogs were delicious! There is also a Subway here. Staff was very nice. It is a little tight for large RVs.

Nice clean showers, assortment of snacks and electronics. The parking lots not huge but I was able to get a spot. And they had a subway.

Great Place to stop during a snow storm. Frozen hell hole in the Winter.

Literally one of the cleanest stores across the US. Showers and restrooms were super clean. Not a speck of dirt on any floor surface. The staff is friendly and well managed. Within walking distance of Arby's, McDonalds, Taco Bell and Sheetz with a Subway in-house. Casino is 1/2 mile away and many restaurants within door dash distance. I wish all of Pilot's stores could model this one.

2 people in line in front of me and I walked into this. One of the CLEANEST showers I've ever seen. Very impressed. This pilot is very janky to get into and what not but if you're here early enough it's not bad.

I arrived at the Erie, PA #311 location at approx 7pm local time. Only a few prime spaces remained open. Found through the app that all spaces had been reserved in advance and that there was no spaces available. Went inside and spoke to a woman named Kristen and a man named Joe. They confirmed that in fact all spaces had been reserved. Rather than just sending me on my way they offered to take my information and if any spaces prime spaces became available they would hold it for me. After checking in with them a few more times eventually they let me know that a spot opened up and they had secured it for me! I was very thankful for their help. They went above and beyond to help me and this is becoming more and more rare these days. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Kristen and Joe,

Great place and location! They allowed me to park in their parking lot and sleep in my Wrangler. I felt very safe and for $13 had a great shower in the morning. The shower facilities were very clean and spotless! Very impressed.

We frequent this Pilot so often that I'm now on a first name basis with almost everyone in there. They offer great service for such a compact location. The showers are awesome and the food selection is decent if you're looking for a late night snack or an early morning to afternoon pick me up. There is a Subway that is inside this location that is also wonderful. The gas is reasonably cheap here for both auto and truck drivers. The bathrooms are always well maintained and are well equipped for the pandemic. It is centrally located in Erie County right next to the I-90 and is a great location to visit. Highly recommend this place.

After all the construction they had here a year ago this place is a lot better. But I have a couple of suggestions. The parking here is not great. Not a lot. And it doesn’t help when drivers drop their trailers and leave. It’s a pain in the butt. Also why are cars parking in truck area? Saving his spot cause he’s a local? That isn’t right either. But all in all this place is a pretty good Pilot. The managers are all friendly and even the people in Subway are as well. One place I will be continually to stop at.

The pilot had the whole bean automatic coffee makers so that was a plus. It’s the main reason that normally perfer to stop at a pilot over other gas stations. The odds of getting better coffee seem to be higher. The bathrooms were clean, and didn’t smell like urine. So, all in all a pretty good pilot experience.

I myself believe that we are good people, BUT this unpredictable weather catches us off guard. Even when we know we are still not ready for that ugh ohh, moment. The employees here try hard to make a good deed work. Believe me when they put the de-icer down for I want bust my Butt. I am very happy. They try and make sure the bathrooms are clean and dry. The rugs, when U come inside r dry. AND they greed you with a smile. Hey! Put a cup of coffee with that smile, makes the beginning of our day great.😁

With the recent covid-19 outbreak, I just wanted to take a moment to extend my gratitude towards pilot and subway for keeping subway open later than the other locations I've seen. Most others close at like 8pm, it's now after 10 and it's the first time in a few weeks that I've been able to get a hot sandwich for night lunch (I'm a night time driver)... so thank you, a hot meal is something to look forward to while we're on the road.

First off the workers have nothing to do with layout of property and payed parking..2nd mark the MANAGER and the employees are not only awsome, friendly and willing to help in anyway that they can ,there down to earth real Pennsylvania homegrown good hard working people....sounds like im giving to much credit as a trucker..go inside and talk to them find out for yourself (6ft social distancing of course) excellent, and helpful crew with great attitude!!!

They had the wireless cellphone charger that also holds the cell phone up. Awesome. Pricey, but i got to my destination with cell phone battery almost fully charged.

Lots of parking spots, but if you want food go to the flying J across the street

stopped by this pilot to take a shower. $13 which is good price. it was really clean too. and they provide towel.
