Chris is a very pleasant person to deal with. He does everything he can do to make sure you are satisfied with your hearing aids. He is very knowledgeable.
I had an issue with my hearing aids and Linda was very helpful with fixing the issue.

Chris is a great audiologist ! He's honest and fair. He always takes his time in testing and explaining what is best, then he has patients decide what is best for them.

If he ever has a problem they are able to give him an appointment quickly.They always handle the repair of his hearing aids in a timely fashion and make sure he has a loaner so he can still hear. Nice Staff, Friendly, very professional, very helpful, and knowledgeable, and willingness to deal with the Insurance issues.They are updated on all technological advancements with hearing, Also still able to go old school with battery powered hearing aids, as well as rechargeable. Picked up my hearing aid on 10/31/22, and the service was fantastic, spent time explaining them to me, and setting them up, also they came with plenty of batteries, I preferred the battery style over rechargeable, just my personal preference, but was very pleased with the service!!!

I was very happy with my experience at Michels Hearing Center. He was not pushy and he explained what was going on every step of the way. I had been to one of the prominent ENT practices in the area previously, but found I liked Michels approach and examination much better and he will be my choice for the continuing care that it appears my hearing will require for the rest of my life.

The exam was thorough & Chris Michaels, PA performed a thorough hearing exam including a TV screen view of the ear canal with the use of a special video camera. He even offered a “trial run” of an almost undetectable hearing aid which helped my husband realize they are not intrusive or visible as he imagined. We would highly recommend Michels Hearing Aid Center.

I am very pleased with the whole experience with Chris, from my first meeting to my first fitting today. He's professional, very knowledgeable, and passionate, without being pushy. The Audibel hearing aids are wonderful, too. It is great being able to hear all the sounds and voices around me again – the turn signal in my car actually does click. I thought it was broken 🙄
